  Used them 3-4 years ago. We had leak issues in our roof and they came out, patched and put new shingles down. Next rain fall well still had leaks, so we called and they sent someone out maybe? They didn't make contact if the did. We called and they said they did and they couldn't find anything. Leaks have continued and are still there today. We called a couple months ago and they sent a guy out. He walked around the roof and said they wouldn't do any of there were leaves and they the leaves were 100% causing backup water to flow under the shingles. I swept the leaves off and guess what, still leaks. In fact it has gotten worse. What sounded like a slow plop every 30 seconds or so now sounds like a horse galloping in my bed room. They were fast and cleaned up well, but the followup care is shameful

  Called this company in March. Spoke to them about getting my roof inspected about 3 times. I was told that someone would be out but still to this day no one has been out nor has anyone been in contact to follow up on my appointments.

  Ready2Roof makes it a priority to see every customer. Per our records your call came in on March 29. Our staff contacted you the same day and scheduled a meeting the next day. We call our customers prior to the appointment. We had no response the next day. We call several more times over the next 12 days with no response. We apologize for this.   I have read the reviews and it describes Noah and his team perfectly. Professional, kind, understanding and if any problems with insurance he comes to your aid.
