  ok this is my five year review. Not so great every one of my roof penetration never sealed, with a blowing wind water would run under shingle. Considering their initial high price I choose to fix it myself I’m not going to pay possibly hundreds of dollars to fix their mistakes. FYI Since I built the house myself 25 years ago the roof I installed didn’t have this problem.

  I had Reliable Roofing install a new roof on June 29, 2022. The workmanship was advertised with a 5-year warranty, and the roofing materials carried a 35-year warranty. On May 11, 2026, I contacted the company after discovering a roof leak. I was told someone would contact me, but I never received a follow-up. After waiting, I called again on May 15, 2026, and spoke with a representative named Tiffany. Instead of scheduling an inspection or discussing the warranty, she was dismissive and focused on explaining why repairs might not be covered before anyone had even looked at the roof. I was also told there was a waiting list because they were replacing roofs after recent storms. As of August 3, 2026, I still have not received any meaningful follow-up or resolution. A warranty is only valuable if a company stands behind its work and communicates with its customers. My experience has been frustrating due to the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. I cannot recommend Reliable Roofing based on how this warranty claim has been handled.

  They destroyed my retirement home in 2021. Was in a lengthy lawsuit with them. I’m glad it’s over however I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! If only there were zero stars

  We had gutters put in by reliable roofing it was the worst job I've ever seen. After 2 days of putting 80 ft of gutters in I sent guy home. They sent a real gutter man this time. He said it was done improper. He had to rehang everything. Then after this guy left one downspout wasn't connected. Still hanging loose. To much money for the work the did $2700. Got me once but never again. The first guy even cut my drip edge on overhang to short. Would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE MCLAIN, MS. All the company can say is thanks for the review! What a company. To the owner I have video of raining water pouring out of gutters if you would like to see?

  I hired this company to replace the gutters around my patio, I paid the down payment on 5/12, I called on 6/15 to see what the hold up was, the guy answering the phone basically said that my order had fallen through the cracks and that someone would call me back, no one called., I called back on 6/16 and asked for a refund , I was told that it couldn't be credited back to my credit 💳 and they would send a paper check , I called back at four(4) times and still no check only the run around , I finally reported this American Express and they were able to issue a refund to my card. I would not recommend this company.

  PROFESSIONAL & HONEST! Reliable Roofing provided us with a thorough and honest evaluation of our roof! We were contacted by both our existing insurance company, as well as another local roofing company, and told that our roof was in poor condition and in need of replacement. However, neither the insurance company nor the other roofing contractor, actually got on our roof to inspect it. We called Reliable Roofing to sort out the confusion. From our conversation with Chaise in the office to the actual inspection with Allen, the entire process was smooth (scheduled and resolved in the same week). And we actually received an honest assessment that our roof did NOT need to be replaced at this time. At a time when it's not unordinary for companies to tell you to pay for things you DON'T need, it was a blessing to work with a company that cared more about me as a customer than the bottom dollar. We will be returning to Reliable Roofing with our future roofing needs. Thank you, Reliable Roofing!

  Very nice service gentleman. Punctual and respectful. Took a look at my roof & told me all was fine. No repairs or replacement needed. I will use this company in the future for any roofing needs!
