  We paid 13K to have a carport tore off and replaced, and have the complete roof sprayed with the spray roofing. We paid the full amount up front and was told 2 to 3 weeks wait. This was the first of July, 2025. Finally they showed up the last week of September. Ok, so we was told they did not price it correct. So they was going to have to cut corners and use what wood was still good on the carport. The carport has iron post so basically just rebuild the roof. They didn't tear off the carport at all. They took off the roof and replaced it with some thing but not shingles. They left the boards that was good which to them was over half the carport. They put up about 8 pieces of plywood and left about 6 pieces that was already there and painted white. The plywood they put up is just raw plywood, not painted at all. Then they had kids sweep the roof, came back with a cleaner and only sprayed the parts of the roof that had some damage. I would never give these people a recommendation. I would turn them into BBB but I have a friend in business and for dollars, you can get any complaint removed and for dollars you can pay for a good review. They may have put 3 days into the repairs, and the last day was 1 man with his family and they was all helping. His wife and young kids.

We take all concerns seriously, but after carefully reviewing your situation, we see some major discrepancies and are not happy that this review is portraying our company incorrectly. Our goal is always to provide excellent service to our customers. This project was discussed with the homeowner which is not you and he was fine with the circumstances. The delay was a result of the special color chosen that was discontinued and had to be re-ordered from the manufacturer. Again we always strive to exceed customers expectations as evident by our many other 5 star reviews. The person who signed this contract was completely satisfied with the job.

  Highly recommend! Replaced a flat roof and shingles and went above and beyond to make sure the project was completed timely and professionally. I was impressed that they also did a complete cleanup after the project was completed!

  I contacted Cox Roofing for a leak. At all times they were professional, reasonably priced and were quick to respond. Jay was great, made the process stress free. I live in Laurel and recommend you contact them for your roofing needs.

  Cox Roofing took great care of us! They had us quote/estimate within 48 hours of contacting them and then handled everything with insurance claim for us! They arrived one morning ready to rock and roll and had our new roof put on by sunset that same day! Amazing customer service and a family friendly business!!
