  Illegal overweight load on drive axle at 37,000 lbs with tandems fully forward. Facility refused to rework the load and told me to either run illegal or cancel. Chose to cancel and waited over 5 hours just to be unloaded. Zero respect for drivers, zero accountability, and complete disregard for federal law. Worst pickup experience I have ever had.

  Quick unloading,they are accepting limited loads. Go early as you can,No parking after delivery,there is a parking ticket if you park on the street after delivery

  Been here for one hour now...this truck got on to the dock as soon as I scaled in. No one has started unloading him.

  Place sucks. Luckily there's a pilot down the street. They do allow overnight parking but if you have a live unload good luck. You'll be there all day. Extremely slow. It's like they have one person unloading. Been here for a hour and counting..

  Skip this place if u can . I had 3 hours deadhead to hear " your truck is too heavy ( I got 35k lbs ) we are nit going load your truck " They keep products outside but some brokers MAKE PEOPLE TARP IT 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

  Arrival time 7:30 am, you arrive, get on the scale, wait for the instruction over the loudspeaker, park, and go to the scale house. There you check in with your pickup number, and they tell you which area you'll be loading in. In my case, they sent us to the back as shown in the image, cargo for Mexico. You check in again at the shipping office, they ask for your pickup number, to move your axles to the back, a conveyor belt, and when you're loading, turn off your truck and hand the keys to the forklift operator. The loading was quick, one hour.

  Just pass pilot truck stop. For Dry van unloaded in 30 minutes there is one dock scale havey wight and when u unloaded scale empty wight

  If you’re coming west bound on I-20 you’ll have to take x-152 due to road closure. Come back up to x-151 (pilot exit) it’s literally walking distance from the pilot. For tankers they come in @ 7 and you’re in and out (hr top) great ppl

  omggggg…. they are super fast . took 5 minutes to loading!!!! and please do not follow google maps you can take pilot flying j exit instead of going wrong way this will be easier for you all☺️
