Extremely bad customer service, dozens of calls ignored, no call backs for voicemails and not showing up for scheduled work (to fix issues they were originally contracted for that was missed). They left a huge hole in our roof and just …

Rivas Roofing was great to work with. They gave us a great price and had the work done in 2 days. The new roof looks great and will last for years. The crew was professional and friendly. We definitely recommend them.

Great experience. Competitive pricing. Love the way the roof turned out. Quality job throughout. Crew were all respectful and did a great job cleaning up when finished. Owner really cares about doing a good job. Recommend highly.

I’d give a 3.5 if it was an option. Nice looking roof when done and the price was good compared to other estimates I received, but the little things fell short: nails and garbage strewn about when they were done, scuffed gutters in multiple locations, employees’ dog on site wandering around, etc.

Non responsive to numerous calls that the new roof over the patio is leaking. Also, there are about 5 screws that missed the studs.

On time great workers very respectful. The cost was easy to handle. The job was done ahead of schedule which I was happy with I would highly recommend this business which infact I have to many friends family. Thank you foot a job well done.
