High price cheap quality,, owner is rude and honestly has a beer stench coming from him, found beer cans in my garage can after they left which is weird cause no one here drinks.

At the time I hired him, he did not have a valid business licence and was not licensed to operate as a pre paid contractor by the Province. He expects full payment before the project is completed and is NOT licensed to do so. …

We hired Ritz Exteriors to work on our home. They installed metal siding. The scheduling and communication was top notch. Anton was our installer, he was very professional and friendly (always had a smile when we talked with him) he did great work and worked long hours to get our project completed in the time frame we needed. We would recommend and hire this company again in the future for sure! I added pictures (don't mind the unfinished stuff, we are doing those items ourselves.)

Had a great experience with Ritz Exteriors. After the massive hail event in Calgary we were devastated to have to make an insurance claim, but Ritz came through with a fair quote and responsive answer to our requests. Their trades were very quick and thorough with their work and we are pleased with the outcome.

This was the first time I’ve ever had to deal with a claim this big - especially one that involved a full roof and siding replacement - and Ritz was fantastic from start to finish! They worked with me through the process, dealt directly with my adjuster, pushed back on proposed settlements, checked in regularly, responded to concerns promptly without question, and was just overall great to work with. Thank you to Sam - my sales guy, and Nick - my go to Ritz coordinator/manager/contact/etc. Thank you for making something that seemed so overwhelmingly daunting and painful at first to a surprisingly smooth experience.
