  This company is a very disappointing! I am a senior and was treated very badly! Jose’ was supposed to come on July 10,2026 to repair my roof! He did not show up, he did not call! I called the company and some lady said it was going to to be $5,000 to fix then she said she will pass on the message to Jose’ !! No phone call on Tuesday or today! I call a different company and it’s going to be way cheaper! At least I’m getting my roof fixed! I would not recommend this company if you are a senior and alone!

  Did not show up to the job site. No communication on the day that work was to begin even though Jose confirmed two days prior. A few days after the project was scheduled to start, he informed me that he was on his way when I no longer needed his services.

  Roofing on our new construction home had many nails exposed and certain areas which should have been caulked was not. The workmanship was poor but we did not know at the time until another contractor went onto the roof. As homeowners, you will not know these issues unless you go onto the roof which they would not expect you to. The pricing was fair and Jose is a nice guy but I can't recommend them for roofing. Bins are okay.

  Top To Bottom Construction Ltd were amazing when our roof was damaged in a severe storm. We were provided with a quote right way and they were able get our roof replaced quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with work and would definitely recommend Top To Bottom Construction.

  Jose was a very friendly and a seemingly knowledgeable worker. However $420 for 10 minutes work to reattach 1 piece of shingle was extremely steep in my opinion.

  Overall the roof colour looks great. The pricing was on par with several others. Went with them because we wanted to support local and they were the friendliest overall. We are not super happy to see some of the detail work that we have to look at daily now but that would be our bad (makes sense something had to fall through considering they did a house our size in one day and that detail work was being done at about 9:00- 10PM while our neighbors of similar or smaller other companies took 2+ days). Asked multiple times about another quote and have not received an answer just to be aware of that. Just as my hubby asked for a call from the owner to discuss a couple other items and didn't end up hearing back. Edited to add that we ended up having a dripping leak into our garage so now have to come out of pocket to fix that. We had the roof installed a month ago and apparently it was due to a window casing. Timing is very suspicious considering our house is 15 years old and it was only that one section. We personally owned the house 5 years and we never had a leak prior or sign of. However, it's not all negative. They came out tarped it over and the leak stopped (even though that same window casing was not adjusted). They did come and redo that whole section at no extra cost to us. Honestly, if you can get Gerald (and helper Reid!!) You will be set. I have full confidence in the part that Gerald redid. Now I am just stressing about the rest of my roof that was not done by him or his crew.. Just as Gerald made sure that I am not looking at glue spots that looked like dog turds, ridiculous handprints/dirt on the siding or nails just left on the roof so thank you massively Gerald for the attention to detail on that.

  Very happy we hired Top to Bottom to do our roof. It required a bit of extra work because of the age of our house . They didn't disappoint and would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting their roof done. We'll done ✔️.

  I've used them two times for emergency situations. They were prompt in reply and prompt in service! They are priced reasonably and are in business to do good business! Claudia is A1 in her ability to handle situations and calls like a pro! I am very happy with them and they will be my go to for roofing for sure!!!

  We needed a roof repair after some wild weather, and these guys were able to come out and fix the problem on the day I called. Super nice and professional people, and reasonably priced.

  We had a new roof installed at our lake cabin - we are very happy with the work. Jose was very easy to deal with and is very knowledgeable. We had an issue with a loose piece of fascia afterwards, and they came right back out and replaced it. Would definitely recommend Top to Bottom Construction!!

  The siding on my chimney stack blew off during a blizzard and high winds. I contacted top to bottom construction to repair the damage. A day before they came, we had trees removed that were in front of the house. We discovered that the capping on 1/2 the window hadn’t been done. The guys from Top to Bottom fixed both the chimney stack and capped the window for me. They were professional, fast and the work was great. They Also noticed that there was gaps where my utilities exit the house that should have been sealed when the siding was initially replaced by a different company in 2017. They also sealed the 3 spots. Service was fantastic and very fairly priced! Excellent communication! I’ve already reccomended them to several friends.
