  I contacted this company to get a quote for roof repair. I contacted on Wednesday July 15th, 2026. Then I got a response from Adrian on Friday July 17th telling me he'd check with a technician as to a date for an inspection. So finally I got an answer this morning Monday July 20th as to the inspection which can happen today. Great I thought, until he told me there is a $250+G.S.T. charge for the inspection. I'm very frustrated and upset that this wasn't mentioned right from the beginning. It makes me think if this was missed, what else would have been missed.

  The only reason that this company gets two stars is that Joe is actually a nice guy. We picked Joe’s company due to the amazing presentation that he had given me and my wife, Another friend was also using him and we had a few friends that were also looking and would have recommended joe if it had turned out as good as his presentation. Some of the key points of our disappointment 1-In the presentation he advertises half way through drone footage and pictures for quality control, this was not completed for us, when we mentioned this to joe his response was “I did not promise that, this is only if I am near the site and have time” So keep this in mind if you chose him based on this fact. This is NOT guaranteed. 2-He claimed that the property would be left as clean as when they arrived. He also claims that they have a machine that picks up nails and that separates him from the competition. Our place was left covered in asphalt debris, nails and garbage, We left it until Joe came to do the final walk through to show him, He used a broom for all of two seconds to clean and then basically shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care. We spent the next hour of the day cleaning up after that team and found several nails. 3- He says gutter cleaning is free- Please be aware that gutter cleaning is using a very small leaf blower, so if debris are stuck down your gutter, that’s to bad so sad. joe said that using a leaf blower is what a cleaning is. 4- We had some lack of communication errors on joes part about scheduling but joe did apologize for those (that’s why the two stars) So basically if your choosing this company for your job please know that not much sets them apart from the competitors expect the higher price tag for the job.

  There are a lot of good reviews for Sargeants and I'm not sure how. We had a terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. They NEVER communicate when plans change, tell you lies, and are very unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL …

  Really great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy, and the finished roof looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable roofing company!

  I was concerned the day they arrived as rain was in the forecast. They worked fast and furious with some rain in the forecast each day. They managed to get the roof done quickly and had it covered up when the rain arrived each day. Great job including clean up.

  I was really, really impressed! A whole crew showed up, and went directly to work with military precision and speed. The work they did was perfect, and the price undercut competitors by thousands. I had selected a premium shingle, and that exact product is what they showed up with; no substitutions or problems at all. I cannot recommend Sargent's roofing highly enough. They really did spectacular work.
