We engaged this company to perform repairs on our roof, but the work completed was not satisfactory. The roof continues to leak, and a fallen rafter—which should have been properly addressed—was shingled over instead. Additionally, the team …

Andrea, thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify for anyone reading that the water intrusion was fully resolved, interior patched to your satisfaction and was ultimately determined not to be related to the roofing system. We identified this issue prior to the roof installation, conveyed this to your husband who had another contractor to work on it. The work was not done and you continued to have leaks. We worked diligently ensuring the leaks were not coming from the roof system. We did a lot of work to ultimately discover the soffit work was never done. We worked with your husband throughout the process, returned to the property multiple times, and took additional steps to ensure the source was accurately identified and corrected. Once the underlying soffit issue was addressed, the leaking stopped. We sub-contracted the interior work which was confirmed by you satisfactory. We’re glad the matter was resolved and appreciate the opportunity to assist.

Anthony and Oscar are AWESOME to work with!! Stand behind their work and don't disappear like most companies do once job is complete. Oscar even followed up with me a couple months after project to make sure everything was to my satisfaction which I thought was a great sign showing they truly care about their clients!! I'd recommend Anthony/Oscar and RISE Roofing to everyone and anyone I know!!

Its so frustrating having to replace a roof. It's expensive and you want to make sure its done right and comes with a warranty. Anthony is the guy for you! I had several quotes done and they were all about the same price but the warranty and promise behind it all is worth its weight in gold.

We had water pooling in one area of our flat roof and weren’t sure how to fix it. Anthony came out, diagnosed the pitch issue, and installed a custom drain solution. The results have been excellent—no more puddles, and our ceiling damage stopped getting worse. He was on time, respectful, and knew exactly what to do. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I’d call him again without hesitation.
