  One of their service people knocked on my front door. I said "We don't want to buy anything. Thank you." and he turned and walked away at which point I closed the door. Next thing I know I hear him on my roof striking it. It turns out his company was requested to provide an estimate by the property magagment company. I know this only because I called the managment company while I was getting ready to go out and figure out what was going on. Guy needed to actually communicate and explain WHY he was here. Based on this encounter I am left to assume the worst about this companies communication, workmanship and honesty.

  Poor customer service. Unfortunately the team at Hirschi Roofing can't figure out how to help me with a warranty issue and won't take any extra steps in the form of good customer service to help. I've called the office several times only to have the office manager promise a call back from the accounting department. Finally get the accounting department on the phone, of course she appeared to not know anything about the situation and she couldn't have tried any harder to avoid my concerns. I've reached out to Mike Hirschi twice, one owner, explaining my concerns, short of begging him to call me back I've yet to hear from him. My concern could be an easy fix if someone at this company just 'tried' to help me. Very disappointing!!! I'll continue to try and resolve the issue with them... eventually they'll have to do something, right? Well it's been a week and still no contact from any of the staff at Hirschi Roofing regarding my warranty issue. They took time to comment on my review, but that's as far as we've gotten.

  So I should have known by all the other negative reviews that I was going to have a problem. I called these guys 4 times just trying to get somebody to talk to. Nobody ever called me back after trying for over a month until finally the last call they just told me they didn't want to do my job. I am guessing I just dodged a bullet and would have more then likly be unable to reach anyone at that point either.About as unprofessional as it gets.

  I had called them on April 18 and asked for a quote because some of my roof was exposed to the plywood, I was contacted and was asked if I was going to be home which I said I was home so I waited and waited and to my knowledge no one came. So I called on April 21 was told I would get a phone call and as of April 25 no call, I have called another roofing company and they came right out. Beware if you going to use this company.

  Customer is #1. That wasn’t my experience. They never showed up for a scheduled appointment for an estimate. I finally got someone to our home after calling again (they were very late). I received an estimate and scheduled a time to install insulation in my attic. They never showed up. I guess my job wasn’t big enough and they bumped me for a more “important” job.

  Won't take small projects, not willing to help me in a jam, cant move in with out a roof, and can't get adoption for my 2 little girls, without a home. I explained this to them. So were trying it ourselves. 😥 …

  The work was done in a very timely manner. There was no mess left and cleanup was done quickly. Communication was excellent.

  The only company to do an actual on- site inspection before quoting a price. Job was completed timely & the price was reasonable.

  From the no pressure estimate to the complete roof tear off and replacement including soffits and fascia we were very impressed. Robert explained everything and was able to work within our budget. Everything was included: dumpster, materials removal even checked the area with a magnet for nails. Looks like a completely new house.

  These guys are the real deal! We had a leaking roof on one of our commercial properties. They were quick to get us a bid when others didn’t bother to return our calls. They showed us photos of everything that needed to be done and why. We ended up having an old roof membrane entirely replaced. They did the work in a very timely manner and We felt like they gave us a very fair price. These guys are hands down the company that we are going to use for all of our roofing needs going forward.

  Extremely experienced and competent. They inspected, explained what the problem was and recommended and explained the repair process. They gave us a cost estimate on the spot. The repair was made within 5 days and we are very pleased with the results. We will be gladly recommending this business if the occasion arises.

  My service with Hirschi Roofing was excellent! The repariman called to confirm my appointment and was on time. The water problem was around a pipe that needed insulation. Photos were taken of the problem and pictures of the progress from beginning to the end was shown to me. All material used were cleared away and my home was back to normal. The job was handled promptly and professionally! My home was newly built and still under warranty.

  Hirschi Roofing did a great job repairing one of the valleys on our roof. They got the work done in a timely manner, were very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how they were going to resolve it.

  Hirschi Roofing was absolutely amazing! They replaced the roof for my business and from the beginning they were very attentive and tried to schedule on days that would be more convenient for my business! Aside from that the roof looks fantastic (they had lots of different options for us to look at) and the work was done very quickly! We are extremely happy with it!

  The workers were very respectful, neat and timely. We still have the extra tile and debris to remove but certainly not a problem with my early comment

  We moved to St George in October 2025 and after a home inspection found we need substantial repairs to the roof. At somepoint a previous roofing installation fell way short of “watertight” and was a disaster waiting to happen. The first night that we were in the house it rained so hard we never thought it would stop. We had to act fast to get the roof repaired. We had an estimate from another company during the home inspection to make necessary repairs. We decided to call Hirschi Roofing for a “due diligence” second estimate. Robert did the inspection and reported that there were plenty of issues and agreed a complete “reroof” was not necessary and the same repairs as the first estimate came in at less than half the cost. The Hirschi’s team showed up in a few days, fixed all the issues and cleaned up like they were never even here. The crew showed up ontime and finished on schedule and we couldn’t be happier with his complete staff. A big “Thank You” to Robert and the entire Hirschi Roofing team.
