Shawn caused me to waste my whole afternoon waiting around for him to no-show.

The roofing above our laundry room was getting destroyed by a huge tree that constantly dropped leaves and branches onto it. After trimming the tree back, we finally had that portion redone. Should’ve handled both problems years ago.

I have a thing for mid century homes and really didn’t want the roof choice to make ours look too modern. We went back and forth on materials for a while before settling on something that fit the original style. Very happy we didn’t rush that decision.

Our HOA sent us a notice because a section of the roof was visibly discolored from the street. Turned out the shingles on that slope were much more worn than the rest because it gets hammered by afternoon sun. We ended up taking care of that entire section and the difference is obvious.

I knew we had some bad wood along the edge of the garage, but I didn’t realize how far it went until the old roofing was removed. They ended up replacing several sections of decking plus the fascia along that side before continuing with the roof. Watching the new material go onto solid wood instead of the old damaged stuff made the extra work worth it.

Our roof wasn't necessarily falling apart, but it was getting close to that age where every little repair starts adding up. We decided to just take care of it. Glad it done and honestly the house looks a lot idrper.

My dad has been in construction his whole life, so I had him look everything over after the project was finished. He kept pointing out little things they got right that I never. would've noticed. Hearing that from him meant a lot.

My wife had been asking me to replace the roof for at least three years and I kept putting it off because I thought we could squeeze a little more life out of it. Turns out she was right. Once the old roof came off there were a few sections …

I normally don't bother writing reviews, but I figured this one was worth it. We had them replace the roof on a house we inherited from my father. There were a few layers of old shingles that had to come off before they could even see what …

The previous owner had added a room onto the back of the house, and you could tell the roof over that section was done by someone different. The transitions never looked right. During the replacement they tied everything together so well that you’d never know there was an addition.

I’ve renovated quite a few houses over the years, and one thing I always check is whether a contractor does the work they can’t expect the homeowner to notice. They replaced every pipe boot, every roof vent, the drip edge, and all the valley metal instead of trying to save a few dollars by reusing worn materials. That’s the kind of work that gives me confidence the roof was built to last.

Our home has a lot of roof penetrations between plumbing vents, bathroom exhausts, and a kitchen vent, so I was concerned those areas would be trouble spots down the road. During the replacement they installed new vent flashings on every …
