  Called them for an inspection of roof damage after a storm. They inspected and then I called them every week for 3 weeks to try to learn the results of the inspection and/or next steps. Nothing. I finally get a call that they want to come do “the work.” They never provided an estimate. No communication. No thanks.

  Never used this company but their road sign is so bright at night It should be classified as a road hazard and taken down. Seriously find a way to turn down the brightness

  I’m extremely disappointed with this company as they were highly recommended. I had an appointment for a Friday, and it was canceled with a “I’ll get out there early next week.” I called to follow up 5 days later & got an apology and a promise of an appointment the next day and an estimate by close of business. He never showed up, he never called, and there wasn’t an estimate. He wasted more of my time as well as the insurance who is needing an estimate. Even though the job was small compared to others, just say you don’t want the job and not waste my time.

  I don't know exactly what happened, but I called last week to schedule an estimate for the roof on my late parents' home in Athens. I was promptly called back and scheduled for today (Wednesday). I put it in my phone but didn't note the exact appointment time. However, I know the range of when I would've scheduled an estimate due to my kids' schedules. So, I arrived at the house by 11am, knowing that would've been the earliest time I scheduled since I'm coming from Guntersville. I waited around for 4.5 hours, knowing i would not have scheduled anything past 3. Nobody showed and nobody called. Not impressed. Thankfully, I'm not out any money for the estimate but I am out the gas i used to drive there and my time- not only for today, but for the next estimate appointment I make with a different company.

We have investigated your complaint and the Project Manager stated that he went to the house at the determined appointment time and no one was home. He waited to see if someone would come, but ultimately left after no one showed. We have since tried to contact you to make this right but with no response. We would like to correct this issue.   I am very disappointed with my experience with Ridgeline Construction. I was initially excited to work with them because of good feedback from friends. I contracted Ridgeline to replace my aging siding, install gutters , and paint my house. I also needed window replacement that I was told I quote “Ridgeline didn’t do windows” I later find out from a couple crew members that they do in-fact do window replacements. This was my first red flag. It was disingenuous for them to lie about the scope of work they can do for me. Additionally, upon installing the siding and painting the house, I have found that the exterior light fixtures were not properly mounted into the hardie siding and results in them turning sideways on the house. I also discovered that my newly installed HVAC metal flashing had been damaged after the painters came to my house. I was told that “Ridgeline would take care of it for me” I have tried for several weeks to get a call back from management, and I have got nothing but silence. They were quick to take my money and run though. My advice is to stay away from Ridgeline Construction.

  Taylor, please know that the situation you described is nowhere near our standard of customer standards. When you signed the post-construction walk through form on August 22nd after all jobs were complete, you stated that the job was done to your satisfaction. We do not collect final payment until our customer is satisfied. When you contacted with additional concerns after signing the inspection form, and although against our usual policy, your Project Manager immediately resolved the problem. After this, we did not know there were any further concerns and our management has not received any calls. To address the comment regarding windows: your desires were not made known until after siding was replaced. It was simply stated that it would have been better to know about those desires prior to performing the work. We are sorry that you are displeased and hope that the above explanation may clear some confusion.

  Hi, this is not our standard for customer satisfaction or best practices. We believe that you may have the wrong Ridgeline as there are multiple in North Alabama.   "Highly disappointed with this company. Wouldn't even give them the 1 star. They modified my roof to divert water around my chimney to stop a water leak which was a complete failure. Company sent numerous messages of how they were coming back to fix the work in which I've been blown off for almost 6 months. Another unreliable contractor to add to the list at the expense of a wasted 2K. Wish I would have never contacted them."

  We got our siding replaced. We had old masonite siding that had started to warp and crack. Ridgeline removed the old siding and installed new vinyl siding and soffits. We had our porch ceilings wrapped with vinyl as well. Overall, a good experience. Communication was good, the crew was on time, and the end result looks great. We worked with Austin for the initial quote and various inspections and he was great to work with.

  Called Ridgeline to have inspection of our roof after seeing water in an upstairs area of our home after a hard rain. Service was timely and Lane was extremely professional and personable. We appreciate the time he took with us during the process and grateful nothing was found that needed repair. Will recommend!

  I had a great experience working with Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors, and I highly recommend them. Lane Lawson was especially outstanding - he took the time to fix an issue with my siding and also performed a thorough inspection of my roof and gutters. Lane was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what he was seeing and provided helpful recommendations without any pressure. It’s reassuring to find someone so detail-oriented and trustworthy. I would absolutely use Ridgeline again for future roofing, gutter, or siding needs and would confidently recommend them to others.

  I needed a leak repair after a rain storm. The technician that was sent out found the issue and was easily able to fix it. It was easy to make an appointment and every one I talked to was professional.
