The sales rep named Tyler would not leave me alone no matter how much I pointed at the no solicitor sign on my porch. After explaining 10 times that I wasn't interested he told me "Whatever, don't come crying to us when you DO need a roof"

Hi Reginald, we are saddened by your 1-star review. After reviewing our system, we do not have any record of you as one of our customers, prospective customers, or doors our sales team has knocked on. Whereas we would love to make it right for you, we do not have any homeowner information/contact information for you at this time and cannot contact you to rectify this situation. If you would like to speak to on of our team members about this, please do not hesitate to reach out at (256)258-0005 We are available to our homeowners and community members 24/7

I contacted this company for a simple roof repair, but they pushed for a full replacement instead. They met with me three times before providing a quote. Another roofer fixed the same issue immediately when they came out. I would not …

We sincerely apologize for any frustration this situation has caused and for not meeting your expectations. After carefully reviewing our notes and system records, we would like to clarify that our roofing expert drafted both estimates with your permission and solely with the intention of offering you the most cost-effective and appropriate solution for your roofing concerns — not to pressure a sale. Because you requested an evaluation and pricing for several issues across your roof, including the leak around your fireplace, exposed and rusted valley metal, and replacement of the existing pipe boots, our expert believed it was in your best interest to present all available options for both repair and replacement, along with the information needed to make the most informed decision. We also noted that our expert met with you on two separate occasions and that an appointment had been scheduled for today to review and deliver the approved estimates — which was canceled at the same time this review was submitted. We completely understand your concerns regarding the replacement recommendation and the unresolved leak, and we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to address them. Please contact us at (256) 258-0005 at your convenience so we can work toward a resolution.

Great experience with Wes. He was very knowledgeable and very on top if things. I had two chimney caps replaced and a complete roof replacement and had no issues working with Wes and revolution roofing. I would recommend them to others.

Mr. Cozelos took the time to listen and address my concerns that I’ve had using previous roofing companies. He made sure that the work was done right and on-time without any of the extra hassle that I’ve had to deal with before.
