  Since Chris Atkins won't return my calls or text maybe the company will respond to google... Chris, this is Tracie Stallings, I'm still waiting for the email explaining the requirements and documentation from the roofing job to our property in Orange Beach for the insurance company. I have given you over a week to get the information to me. If I need to have someone else in the company to provide the information, please advise who I need to speak with. I need to resolve this matter as soon as possible as it has been going on now for 4 months.

  We used Continental for two of our properties that had hail damage. The first property they did not arrive until midday, and they were still on the roof at 8:30 p.m., even when it was storming and lightening. Their crew was working on triple digit heat. It has been a few months now and we still do not have a warranty in writing on the shingles or from them. The second property was out of town. Our sales representative who is English speaking did not come onsite. The crew is entirely Hispanic and this caused a language barrier. The drip Edge was not sent on the initial delivery, this caused a two hour delay. Again the roofers were still hammering until close to 9 p.m.,

  At first they were great. They worked with my insurance and got my roof replaced. But it turns out they did not seal properly around edges and the leaks started rotting my eves within a few years. By the time I discovered what was happening, several areas of my eves were totally rotted from the inside. To make matters worse, I can not even get them to give me an estimate to pay them to fix their mess.

  Continental Roofing Company did an excellent job re-roofing my father's old house. Caiden and crew worked with the insurance company to garner limited recompensation from hail damage. Caiden discussed the roofing options for the house and detailed the expenses anticipated with the job. CRC was flexible to schedule the roofing on a day that the weather was appropriate for roofing. The new roof has held up to some heavy rain during the spring/summer session.

From the very first phone call to the completion of the installation they were always prompt with answering the phone and questions and with giving us information and keeping their word at every step of the way.TRUST is the word that best describes this company.   Continental Roofing did a fantastic job installing a new roof on my second story home. I found them online because they are highly certified by industry bodies and because of their strong reputation for quality. I worked with John. My case was difficult because Continental worked with me at their own expense, going up on the roof three times, without knowing if the roof would actually be replaced or not. Based on my research, they gave me a quote that was very reasonable. They could have added additional costs, and I would never have known if they were valid or necessary. In the end, Continental was honest, capable, patient, and provided a great looking roof. A total quality service. I'm going to call them for any future roofing and related needs.

  John is an awesome guy. He came out to inspect our roof. He was early and very professional. He found that the roof did not have hail damage and did not need replacing at this time. He fixed some wind shingle damage without any charge. When it is time to replace the roof (or any roof repairs), we will be going with Continental due to their honesty and craftsmanship.

  I had Continental Roofing install a new roof and they did a fantastic job. I had them remove an old chimney that I did not use and the bricks were spalling so it was time to go. They also repaired a section of cement board that was starting to swell above our garage, they put new drip edge everywhere, installed class 4 shingles, and even shingled our shed. The crew that came out finished the roof in a single day and it looks great. The crew was adequately staffed, efficient, courteous, and they cleaned up around the house so you could not tell they were there. I did have one problem with a section of the roof edge not looking right so I spoke to the supervisor and he had it fixed immediately. I highly recommend Continental Roofing. We had our last roof replaced by them in 2008, and they did a great job then. I am glad that a roofing company can stay in business so long - they must be doing something right!

  Continental installed a new roof on our house. They got started at 7 in the morning. We left the house at 10 and came back a 2. The roof was installed, and everything was cleaned up and the guys were gone. I've never seen a roofing job …
