  I had a leaking chimney and called Paul who came and gave an estimate and made repairs on the water damage. He was initially very responsive and did a great job and cleaned up well. He was however not able to stop the chimney from leaking even after coming back. He then left me hanging and stopped responding to me after he had accepted payment from me and the problem I wanted fixed is still there. The water damage wasn’t even visible and wasn’t as much of a problem as the active leak. I didn’t want to leave a bad review bcz he was initially very nice and helpful but I couldn’t get him to schedule anything to comeback even after agreeing to replace the chimney cap and pay more. It’s been more than 3 months since he accepted payment and has not fixed my issue.

  Sorry for your inconvenience it was starting to rain that afternoon and there was no way I could leave and get to you and mitigate any thing that could have happened due to rain at another job. I have to take care of my customers first.

  First, I'll say that Paul strikes me as a nice guy. It's one of the reasons I tried to use his company. Unfortunately, after receiving a quote, being told work on the roof would be started after a three week wait, waiting those three weeks, then not receiving a response to my texts, Paul told me he'd forgotten about his commitment as he was too busy. He also let me know he had confused our job for another. I expressed to Paul that his handling of this was very unprofessional and I'll be moving on with another company. I hate to leave a negative review, and I'm typically a loyal, easy to please customer, but despite Paul's friendliness, I feel that he has wasted a lot of our time when he could have just said no from the start. Honoring commitments made seems to be an aspect of service uncommon to the roofing industry. Edit: No Paul, you didn't do a bad job. I had every reason to expect you to do a superb job, but you wasted a good bit of my time by not honoring your commitment. It is also a time investment to try to find, and schedule another contractor to do the work. My time may not be priceless, but it does have some value. Again, I think you're a good guy, and you probably would have done a good job, but the lack of professionalism shown to me merits the review I've given you.

  Complete Roofing is the gold standard for professionalism and integrity. I had a leak from a small roof gap that was causing water intrusion in my garage. Complete Roofing came out promptly, inspected the problem, and fixed the hole right then and there. It's rare to find contractors this honest and dedicated to helping homeowners. They have earned my full trust and future business. 10/10 recommend!

  Called Complete Roofing in the evening and Paul was at my house first thing in the morning. Extremely helpful and quick to find the small issue and fix the leak. He also gave me a few contacts for other home questions I had. I hope I don’t have to, but would 100% use Complete Roofing again. Highly Recommend.

If you want an honest evaluation of your roof...give us a call. We won't waste your time with some shoot from the hip "just make a claim" nonsense. If you have coverable damage we'll show you. If your roof still has life left in it we'll tell you that too. Jul 13, 2026Call now
