Was told I would get a call in a few days to set up an appointment for an estimate, but never received one. That was over 2 weeks ago.

Never heard from the contractor again

After spending over an hour trying to find the place I realized that the office address that ia given was inaccessable. Then I called hoping to meet with the "experts" at their office. I tried 3 times in a 3 days period and nobody responded, or to ne even seemed to care. Maybe a blessing in disguise.

Joseph Fields did a quote for me and was very professional and courteous. He gave me a pamphlet showing what they offer along with proof of insurance and business license.

Josh was on time, pleasent, and professional. He explained what the issue was in detail and sent the official quote before he left. Far better experience than I've had with any other roofing company in the area. …

Extremely responsive firm that communicated early and often throughout our roof replacement process. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend 1 Stop Roofing for any project - large or small.

1 Stop literally saved our new 4 seasons room. The guys assembling the room noted a leak in the J channels from the other gutter system. I called 1 Stop and they responded ASAP. …

If there was a higher star, I would rate it! These guys did an incredible job from start to finish! They were not pushy, they worked with me and helped me understand the entire process, and they do a phenomenal job doing the actual work. I’m not going to name names but one of the more popular roofing companies around town that was also in my neighborhood, actually stop by my job midway through, and tried to recruit 1Stop’s workers. Luckily the superintendent was there to thwart that effort, LOL! All of the workers were extremely courteous of my property and did a super job picking up afterwards. This was not a rush job and I did not feel like they were trying to just move on to the next job to make a quick buck. In fact, before I even shared any of my insurance claim report with the owner Jeremy, I had him come out and do a complete blind estimate. This was my way of at least trying to determine if they were taking advantage of me. They were extremely thorough and came in at a very fair price. I had no problem giving them this work, and I will call them, and only them, for any roofing need in the future. Highly, highly recommend you give them a call!

Great work, professional, on time, they did what they said when they said and more for the price agreed to. They were fantastic to work with our insurance company through several issues. Best of all they answer the phone! Thank you!
