I attempted to call the business and received the answering service. I proceeded to tell the representative that one of the company’s employee(s) that was driving a company-owned vehicle and pulling a trailer just flew by my house in New Market on Steakley Road. This person was driving with excessive speeds and almost ran over the car in front of him. My neighbors and I have children and our homes are very close to the road; however, the direction the driver was coming from (Maysville Road), forces anyone to slow down to turn onto Steakley Road. This driver was treating my road like a drag strip and that kind of maneuvering in a vehicle pulling a trailer is extremely dangerous. Not to mention, the car he almost ran into/over. While I was leaving this message with the answering service representative, she hung up on me! I will absolutely call this business again, during business hours, to speak with someone who gives a damn about safety. You also might want to ensure your drivers are freshly trained on how to conduct themselves with dignity and respect for others, especially when your company’s name is plastered all over the side of your vehicle.

Ridgeline came highly recommended by one of my neighbors to replace the roof on my house. Austin Cardenas was very professional and knowledgeable from the first meeting, the inspection, the warranty claim, scheduling, selection of shingles, and throughout the process. He took the time to explain the entire warranty claim process and made what would typically be a difficult process, one that with his guidance, was manageable. His team reflected his professionalism while replacing the roof. They worked consistently through the day. Managed to get the roof replaced and the area cleaned up as promised. Austin was great throughout the process as was Erik once I was on the schedule. I was kept informed during the scheduling process due to the inclement weather. Working with Austin, Erik and their team was a professional and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors.
