  Received a cold call from this company and they continued to try to sell after I said no.

  Worked with Ridgecap for quite a few months going through the process. Eric was very patient as we dotted our 'I's' and crossed out 'T's'. All along the way Ridgecap employees were very helpful with repairs needed and assisting us with the insurance claims process. We received a detailed estimate in writing that we reviewed and approved. We knew ahead of time exactly what was going to be done and the cost of the repairs. We had our roof and gutters replaced. The work was scheduled and executed flawlessly. Particularly impressive was stripping and cleanup of the existing roof. They put down tarps around the entire house, covered all plants, AC units etc. The stripping and cleanup of the roof took around 3 hours or so with little to no debris left around the house before they started to install the new roof. This was our first roof replacement and had been told by several neighbors to prepare for a nightmarish experience, but Ridgecap provided just the opposite. Excellent!

  Eric and the whole Ridgecap team were huge in a successful total roof replacement claim for our house. The crew did a great job to make sure everything was completed from the roof to the rain gutters. Thanks Ridgecap.

  Evan at Ridgecap has gone above and beyond to help me through the last year of storm repairs with my home. He was clear and honest and patient and devoted to helping me complete our repairs. He communicated again and again with my insurance company until questions were resolved. He brought lots of experience that helped us when we had never gone through this kind of insurance claim before. I highly recommend this company.

  I can't say enough good things about Ridgecap GC and Evan Thieme specifically. Just had our roof replaced and Evan made the entire process unbelievably simple. He was the primary contact with my insurance company and completely handled the process of submitting the claim, addressing questions, and seeing the project through to completion. If, heaven forbid, we need another roof replacement, Evan and Ridgecap GC will be my first call.

  I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Evan! He came out multiple times to deal with our insurance company and their shenanigans. He was always available for questions and dealt with any problems from the insurance company. I would HIGHLY recommend Ridgecap and in particularly Evan for your roofing needs.

  Just when you thought good customer service was a thing of the past it was a refreshing experience dealing with Eric and Ridgecap. Communication was superb and job was completed in a timely manner. Neighbors inquired about who did your roof and requested company. Quality work. Professional service. Couldn’t ask for more.

  Ridgecap did a great job in defining and managing our roof and gutter replacement, and working with us and the insurance company to ensure we got appropriate coverage for it. Eric was very good at communicating with us and the sub-contractors (roofing, gutters, solar panel removal/reinstallation) as well as our insurance adjuster. He helped us decide up-front what our options were for the replacement and the pros and cons, and he continued to do that as issues were discovered (there are always issues on large projects like this!) and we needed to make decisions as things progressed. We were very satisfied with the results. Thanks, Ridgecap!
