I've had multiple issues with the Ridge Pro roof install on my house. While I have the GAF golden pledge warranty that supposedly has a 25 year warranty for workmanship, there are a lot of exclusions. There was a leak in the garage ceiling, caulking was applied by Ridge Pro, but they left my ceiling with water damage. There was leaks into the bathroom ceiling, it took somewhere around a year of calling before it was fixed. Unfortunately applying roofing cement randomly to see if the leak is fixed doesn't seem like a long term permanent solution to me. There was water running into the front walls of my house, this damaged the wall as well as my hardwood floors. The leak could have come from the miter joint or from a gap under the flashing by the front window. GAF claims this isn't a workmanship issue because of where the flashing is located. Had it been on a valley it would have been covered. Soffit framing has so much water damage that it turned multiple beams into sawdust. Ridge pro tells me this isn't their problem. Starter shingles are so poorly cut it looks like someone was gnawing on them. They also have negative overhang, which isn't that great considering you want the water to flow off the roof and not circle back on anything. GAF warranty department says I should contact Ridge Pro for these issues, while Ridge Pro tells me the work they did is up to GAF standards, so they aren't going to address any of these problems. Based on current estimates I've received, it looks like I'll need to shell out at least $3500 additional to hire a second roofer to repair the leaks on my roof Ridge Pro installed, despite having a "25 year workmanship warranty"

Stay far away... They did a full install and now after 2 years the roof has major issues. They do not respond (Might be out of business)

Where this page comes from

Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.

Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.

There is not much data on Ridge Pro Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
