  They use a scummy spam advertising call center to harass and cold call potential clients. Good roofing businesses don’t need to cold call. This tells me everything I need to know about this company and its quality of work.

  SPAM calling... "We are going to be on your street checking for storm damage"... they have called multiple times... There hasn't been a storm since Ian... STOP CALLING

  I found all of this roofing material in a clogged downspout. Several leaks have been identified by an inspector. Not very happy with the report. RPR returned several times for roof "repair" work. Would not recommend.

  Ridge Pro Roofing deserves a shoutout after Hurricane Milton. I had my roof replaced in 2019. The job included removing and replacing a solar panel array, solar attic fan, and solar water heater. The job was completed expeditiously and with great professionalism. The proof in the pudding is reflected in the fact that after the 2024 Hurricanes Helena and Milton, not a single shingle blew off, nor were there any leaks associated with the solar equipment. Not only does the roof job look good, it has been watertight and secure since its completion. Thanks, Ridge Pro Roofing!

  Ridge Pro was contracted to re-shingle our entire townhome community. They offered a quality product at a competitive price. I was perhaps most impressed with the service provided during the project. Johnny, the project supervisor, was a “hands-on” leader of the crew. Not only did he direct the roofing crew and keep them on task, but he also walked the neighborhood cleaning up debris and nails on a daily basis. In a project of this magnitude, problems are inevitable; however, Johnny was approachable and responsive to the needs of the homeowners and quickly sought resolution to any issues as they arose. Good customer service goes a long way in business referrals, and Johnny and the staff at Ridge Pro were exemplary in the roofing project of our community.

  RidgePro completely re shingled 58 Townhomes each with 3 residences. They also did our pool house. The workers as well as the supervisors were courteous, Attentive and responsive to our needs. The results on this very large project were excellent. Highly recommended.

  I just had Ridge Pro replace my roof and they did a fantastic job. As others have said, the crew was very clean and courteous the whole time they were here and made sure to leave my home and property clean when they were done, not to meniton how good my new roof looks.

  Ridge Pro has installed 3 roofs for me on my rental properties so far. They're always quick to get the job done and schedule the installations with my tenants. I've had no complaints from the tenants and haven't had any issues with the roofs they've done. Great roofing company all-around.
