  Posted an honest review of my horrid experience. Owner called to tell me he would sue me for the bad review. They only did half the work I clearly stated. The owner said I should appreciate a glass half full.

  John, we are sorry to hear that you are upset. However, your review does not reflect the facts of the project. Our company completed your roof replacement exactly as outlined and approved in your insurance estimate. The scope of work provided by your insurance did not include the flat corrugated metal section of your roof, and we cannot complete work that is not covered or contracted. We take pride in doing quality work and being transparent with our customers. While we understand it can be frustrating when insurance estimates don’t cover every part of a roof, it is not realistic to expect us to complete additional work for free. We did our due diligence and provided a separate estimate for the flat roof immediately. Our goal is always to serve homeowners with honesty, professionalism, and fairness. We stand behind the work we performed on your home.

  Please tell your workers to have some common decency to not block an intersection where people on the access roads are trying to turn. They completely blocked my view of being able to turn safely.

  Came to door soliciting services. Told them not interested leave a pamphlet. Next thing I know they’re ON MY ROOF with ladder on the gutters. Called the company to talk to someone and they never answer their phone! Left with a damaged and bent gutter.

  I've been attempting to resolve 2 issues since December of 2021 and have sent numerous emails and messages. Issue 1, roofers came a foot short of the roof line on my moms villa and did not offer to fix it. Rather, they fought me tooth and nail and insisted it was done correctly. Issue 2- upon renewing our home owners policy we were advised that while the roof work was done correctly minus the foot they missed the permit had expired and was never summitted/completed with the county. I have been reaching out to Castle since february monthly and have not had them respond to 1 email or message. Not professional and would not recommend investing your money with a company who has no value for their customer. I will change my response should they do the right thing.

  I called for a soffit repair and the operator took my information to expect call back in 15mins. Received call back hours later at end of day. I sent pictures to repair tech where he informed me should be able to work me into schedule the follow day. I expressed concern with rodents and bats getting into my roof. The following morning I didn’t get a response so I texted him and after no response called at end of day. The tech informed me he would not be able to help for a while. Poor customer service and follow up when I could of spent time working with another company. Wasted my time.

  Ok this was my experience. Brian with Castle Roofing is who headed up our job in 2022. One year after the job was there was a leak that formed. A couple of people on two different occasions were sent out to look at it and I even met up with Brian to go over it as well. Essentially I was told there was nothing wrong with the installation but they recommended that I install some flashing where the siding met the roof which turns out wasn’t the actual cause of the leak. Through my own investigation I found that the eaves of the house were built over with an addition. When the new roof was being installed the drip edge that was built over was just pulled out and replaced with new drip edge tucked right into the hole with. Is flashing just tar smeared into the area which after a year pulled away and started letting rain in. Have not heard back from the company.

  Castle Roofing completed my hip and flat roof on time in a competent manner and cleaned up well afterwards. No issues with permits! Would highly recommend.

  Very pleased with Castle Roofing! I've actually had multiple roofs put on by them over the years on different houses; they are my go to. Everything Bob and the company said they would do, they did!

  Called Castle Roofing after we had wind damage to our roof from a hurricane. They came out the next day to assess the damage and let us know what our options were. All of my follow up questions were answered right away. Amazing response time and communication! I highly recommend them!

  Excellent warranty service. Castle Roofing replaced my roof in Rockport about 7 years ago, and did an excellent job. Recently, a contractor working at my property on another project mentioned that they saw tiles lifting near the roof line. I called Castle Roofing, left a message, and immediately received a call back from the owner who agreed to go out to the property to inspect the roof. After promptly responding to my home, the owner inspected the roof and found that there were no issues with lifting tiles. I truly appreciate the quick response to my concerns, and the peace of mind that it provided.

  Castle just completed our roof and did an excellent job! We are extremely pleased with it. The Crew was awesome! They work so hard, dawn to dusk, to get the job done. Ours took just over two days and they would pick up everything each night just to put it back down the next day! Very, very hard workers. Rebekah at Castle kept us informed from start to finish as well. She was very informative and responsive. We highly recommend Castle Roofing. Quick and very particular about their installation. Thank you Castle!!
