  AVOID SUNCARE ROOFING AND GAF SHINGLES When I called Sun care, they were a fairly new company, but after talking with Craig, we thought we'd give them a chance. When the job started, I got up on the roof just to see how the work was going I saw a bunch of black spots which I thought were tar paper laying around and asked if they would blow that off. No one said a word. Once the job was finished and I give credit to Craig on this, he said those black spots were actually tar from the manufacturer (GAF). Evidently, the machine producing the shingles spit tar over at least 80% of the shingles. So the check was withheld. GAF came out the next day and said oh we have to warranty this. Seriously??? The job was just finished. Why couldn't they redo the roof if they knew it was their error. Long story short, almost 3 months later we finally got the money for the warranty and did pay off Suncare. However, if they knew that there was tar all over the shingles, why the heck did they continue with the job? Again, crickets! Also, during the interim of the warranty process his brother tried to talk us into paying them off before a decision was made on the warranty which would've left us with no leverage, which made no sense. Of course I denied that request. Move forward 2 1/2 years later, we noticed a leak in our skylight which they did replace as part of the roofing job. I called them several times and never received a word back on Suncare repairing the skylight as part of our warranty. They never picked up the phone or returned any of our voice messages. All it needed was some resealing and they couldn't even answer or return my call? Really?? We ended up having to have another company come out and repair it. I recently had some extensive back surgery and there was no way I could get up on the roof and do it myself. Thanks again, Suncare! I'm not sure if they're out of business, but maybe they should be. I would seriously stay as far away from this company as possible. W

  It’s been two weeks and the roof is still not finished and it’s leaking into my home - and theirs damage - I’ve told them about it for 5 days now and nothing is being done - they have me chasing everyone around - not sure where these other reviews are coming from but buyer beware

  Sun care roofing team were great! They finished the job quickly and left my yard cleaner than before they started! Would 100% recommend them and use them again in the future.

  SunCare did a fantastic job. They removed 2 layers of existing roof and put a new roof on my Florida bungalow. The were true to their quote, showed up on time and finished the job quickly. Even my neighbors were impressed with their work. Craig and his team were terrific! Highly recommend.

  We had our roof replaced by SunCare this past week. The owners are very nice and will explain things thoroughly. The job was completed in a timely manner and the cost was very competitive. So far we are happy with the results and it passed inspection right away with no concerns. I would recommend giving them a call.

  Craig came out 1 day after I called about a leak in our flat roof that another company tried to fix. He was on time and thorough with his inspection giving me a detailed explanation of what needed done. The following day he came out (again ontime) repaired the leak and even went above and beyond repairing some seams that weren't leaking yet. Craig was very professional and conscientious of his work. I would recommend SunCare Roofing to anyone that needs a repair or replace.

  The guys are truly professionals, they know what they do, provide in depth explanation of your roof condition and above all you see their honesty and and excellent customer service skills. I do recommend this Company

  These guys are THE best. I had a small roof leak that became more of an issue and more difficult to fix. They stood by their estimated cost even though it took significantly longer. They were committed to getting the job done correctly. In addition, they guaranteed the work for a year. Thank you Craig and Bobby. Great job and would not hesitate to use you guys again. Go Pats!!!

  They were right on time and did a fast and great job crew was courteous and polite its nice to have a company like that the elderly can rely on they called me next day to make sure i was satified and said to call them anytime .

  very pleased, with the roof replacement completed by Suncare Roofing. thorough follow up with manager (B.A.) during and after the job has been impressive. The work was impeccable and on time. They are very customer service oriented, and Bobby in particular went above and beyond to make sure there was barely a trace that anyone has even visited the site, much less replaced our roof.
