  They did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Richard's Hayward Roof Repair for any roofing work you need. We had two leaks showing in our ceiling, so we reached out to several roofing companies to inspect the roof, and they were by far the most responsive and helpful. Their team completed a detailed roof inspection, found the source of the leaks, and explained the condition of the shingles, underlayment, and problem areas in very clear and simple terms. They were great at walking us through the roofing issues without making it feel overwhelming or like a complete disaster. When it was time to discuss pricing, they were very helpful with financing options and made the whole process much easier to manage. Every question we had about the roof replacement, materials, timeline, and repair process was answered clearly, and they were professional and supportive through each step of getting our roof fully redone. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was strong from start to finish, and we would absolutely use them again for future roofing projects.

  They did an excellent job on my new standing seam metal roof. Seth is very knowledgeable and leads a well organized roofing crew. The team removed my old roof and installed the new standing seam system within the estimated timeline. Their attention to detail was outstanding, from the underlayment and flashing work to the clean finish on every panel. They kept the job site neat each day and did a great job with cleanup from start to finish. Since the new metal roof was installed, we have noticed lower energy bills during the warm Hayward weather, and the finished roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend them for roofing work.

  Had some worn roof edging and damaged fascia that needed to be removed and replaced, and there were a few problem spots on another section of the roof line that also needed attention. Richard's Hayward Roof Repair sent randall and his crew out to inspect everything, explain the condition of the materials, and provide a clear estimate. The pricing was very fair and affordable. he answered all my questions, walked me through the scope of the roofing work, and explained what would be done with the trim, flashing, and gutter areas. They finished the job in a timely manner, kept the area clean, and the results turned out even better than i expected. i am very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and overall value. i plan to call again for gutter work and any future roof repairs.   I’m very satisfied and would gladly refer them. My updated experience has been much better. Randall followed up about a leak issue on my grandmother’s roof and made sure the repair was handled the right way. When we reached out through the website and by phone, they got back to us and explained the roofing work clearly. The patch was checked, the leaking area was repaired, and they stood behind the roof warranty.   This review is long overdue, but better late than never. After part of my daughter’s bedroom ceiling came down, i was very thankful she was not in bed at the time. I first worked through my insurance claim and got an estimate for shingle replacement and the damaged ceiling area. Later, a friend recommended Richard's Hayward Roof Repair, and that is when everything started moving in the right direction. malachi came out to inspect the roof, took detailed photos, and also checked the garage roof. He explained the roof damage in simple terms and helped connect the roofing work with the interior ceiling repairs. After a full inspection, he showed that the home and garage both needed much more than a small patch job. In the end, i was able to get a brand new roof along with new wood decking where needed, and the damaged bedroom ceiling was fully repaired and painted. What stood out most was how patient and helpful malachi was through the whole process. He always answered my calls and texts, never made me feel like a bother, and took time to walk me through the proposal line by line and column by column. He also spoke with the insurance adjuster for me and kept me updated with emails and progress photos, which made the whole roofing project much less stressful. The crew showed up early, worked hard all day, and handled cleanup when the job was done. The roofing work looked great, and the repairs inside the bedroom were finished with care. seth and the rest of the team were also easy to reach and professional throughout. It turned into a smooth, well-managed experience, and i would highly recommend them for roof repair, shingle replacement, decking, and related home restoration work.
