  My neighbor is working with your company and I am having serious problems with your employees. They are dumping tools, garbage, and debris on my side and it is a miracle that my car wasn’t hit. I talked with them twice but nothing change. Tell me who is going to pay my car if it gets damaged??? Here some pictures attached of the things that fell off the roof

  Hi Marina, I deeply apologize. That's not how our employees usually behave. Please call our office and let us know which jobsite live next to. We have many, many jobs going on today, so i would need to know where you are located to make sure we sit that particular crew down for a coaching session.   They need to train there guys. I asked them if they could install a new roof in an area an hour and half away. The agent said 100% they could do the job. Call today and nope we don't service the area.

  Roof was leaking at my folks place. Initially dealt with Francis. Could immediately tell this was a family run business, that they honored their word, and had pride for their work. Everything felt fair and honest. Then when their team came over to do the work, they were very professional. Glad we went with Sierra Roofing and Solar. Would recommend. Thank you!

  Sierra Roofing was excellent to work with. They were very responsive in preparing the estimate and completed the work quickly so we could get our house on the market on time. Their inspection report was detailed and included helpful pictures, along with multiple remediation options at different price points. The team was professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced.

  I’m posting this three years after we got the solar panel system installed by Sierra roofing. A lot of companies provide solar installation services but after install service and support is where most companies leave a lot to be desired for. Sierra Roofing along with Alex Padilla and team is in an another league when it comes to customer service and support. Issues are rare but whenever there is an issue they respond and resolve it within 24-48 hours. They might not have the cheapest pricing but I don’t regret that at all because you get what pay for in this case. Seamless install with rapid service and support. I wish I could give them more stars.

  Sierra Roofing ; Awesome company! UPDATED REVIEW My insurance hassled me about my roof then Still canceled me. During the Tyranny with the company starts with a "C" then "S" and two of the start of the alphabet I was getting a half dozen estimates. Following my knowledge and Person confidence skills most didn't seem Confident in there knowledge, However right by my job was this company. Everyone Raved at there efficiency and Quality of there work, I have a Flat roof so its gotta be perfect. Sierra came over was five minutes early and looked taking pictures, Reported it looked sad and surprised it Wasn't leaking. Told him "Maintenance". He agreed. Took several days for a Detailed estimate with my tweaks and the price verses quality materials after my research was reasonable. Several weeks and they tore off and prepared my roof fixing several issues, base plywood and felt then Rolled self sticking roof material. Several days then the gutter specialists and some painting too. Photos thoughout the project and Comunication that rivals a Air Traffic controller! Final inspection making sure all is done and agreed. I would Recommend this company with my HIGHEST REGUARD... Not enough stars to Complement their work. Sierra Roofing ; Thank You!

  After researching several solar companies and receiving multiple bids, we ultimately chose Sierra Roofing & Solar — and we are very glad we did. Not only did they offer high-quality equipment and strong expertise, but their pricing was highly competitive and well below several of the other bids we received, which immediately caught our attention. Like many homeowners in California, we were trying to get our solar and Enphase backup battery installed before the end-of-2025 rebate deadlines. Sierra was absolutely slammed with new contracts at the time, yet they still worked incredibly hard to try to get us online before the cutoff. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans and some inclement weather delayed the final steps, but we genuinely appreciated that the company prioritizes safety for their crews rather than rushing risky work. That actually gave us even more confidence in the company. From the very first conversation through final activation, the entire process was smooth, organized, and professional. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Francis was our initial point of contact and helped us scope the project and walk through multiple system options and pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we evaluated what made the most sense for our home. Alex, our lead project manager, was fantastic throughout the process. He was always quick to respond to emails and texts, answered every question we had, and took the time to educate us on how the system works so we felt confident using it. Carlos and Francisco handled the installation and did an outstanding job. They were professional, skilled, and communicative, and the installation itself was impressively efficient and clean. Blair helped bring the system online and walked us through the hardware components and operation once everything was up and running.   Had such a great experience with Sierra Roofing. We had a leaky roof and they were quick to send their emergency team out and have a look at it. Diagnosed the problem and made the repair and even after a week of torrential rains, no more leaks. Every touch point was professional and friendly. Hopefully our roof won’t sprout any new leaks but if it does will definitely use Sierra again.

  Excellent workmanship. They had exactly the materials we wanted for our roof. We're very considerate and, all things considered, quiet. Did an excellent job of cleaning up after they had left. Great follow through and response. knowledgeable staff.

  We had a really great experience with Sierra. They were professional, well-priced, and transparent. Unlike some other roofers, they were happy to answer all of our questions directly, showing their integrity and confidence. Julio was in charge of our re-roof, and just like our experience with the other members he was calm, professional, and focused. They finished the job in a timely manner and with high quality, even adding extra vents out of consideration for us (our garage gets hot in the summer and they wanted to help out :) without further charge. Highly recommend this to others, even if you’re not looking for solar.
