  We recently completed a full roof replacement with EPIC Roof Replacement, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Before choosing EPIC, I received several quotes from different roofing contractors. What immediately stood out was EPIC’s transparency. They clearly presented pricing in three different tiers, explaining exactly what was included in each option. None of the other contractors provided that level of detailed, upfront pricing. There was no vague language or hidden costs — you truly knew what you were getting. Their contract was also very clear about plywood replacement. Partial plywood replacement was included in the base scope, and they clearly outlined that if additional damaged plywood was discovered during tear-off, there would be a specified additional charge. I appreciated that honesty upfront. During the tear-off process, they sent photos of any damaged areas they found, which showed complete transparency and built trust. You could see exactly what needed to be replaced and why. EPIC handled all city permits and coordinated the inspections, which made the process stress-free for us. They were upfront about timelines and honest about potential weather-related rescheduling — which is completely understandable since no one controls Mother Nature. We made our payments on time per the agreement, and the project moved forward smoothly without delays. A special thank you to our project manager, Yoni. He was truly excellent — professional, organized, and communicative every step of the way. He kept us informed throughout the project and made sure everything stayed on track.
