This business is not located here. This is a private residence. Not sure why they’d misrepresent where their business is located. Beware.

Our neighbors highly recommended this roofing team, and after meeting with Raymond, we finally moved forward with a full roof replacement for our home. He was friendly, professional, and dependable from start to finish. We trusted his advice on the best roofing option, and we are so glad we did. We changed from an old wood shake roof to a new metal roof, and it completely improved the look and curb appeal of our house. The new roofing system looks amazing, feels strong and well built, and the whole project was handled smoothly. The crew did excellent work, kept everything clean, and made the process easy for us. We absolutely love the results and are very happy with the quality and service. We will definitely recommend this roofer to our friends and family in Hayward.

Hayward Roofing Pro gave us an outstanding experience while we were juggling the sale of one home and work on another. I wanted to share how impressed we were with the crew that installed our new roof. They showed up early, worked hard all day, handled the roofing job with real skill, and did a thorough clean up when everything was finished. They delivered the kind of dependable contractor service homeowners hope for, from tear-off to final inspection. What stood out right away was how respectful Marvin, Raymond, and the whole crew were to my family throughout the entire project. I was around during all three days of the roof replacement, and even with me nearby most of the time, they stayed friendly, patient, and professional. They took extra care to protect the house, driveway, landscaping, and surrounding property from debris and damage. When the work was done, they cleaned so well you could hardly tell the old roof had been removed and replaced. The biggest relief came when the crew found several problem areas under the old roofing materials, including signs of leaks, rotted roof boards, and serious wood damage around the chimney. They also noticed the top of the chimney had not been installed the right way, which could have led to more water problems later. Since this was our new retirement home, finding those issues was stressful at first, but Conner made a huge difference by calmly explaining everything and assuring us it would be repaired the right way. Conner clearly takes pride in quality roofing work. He went above and beyond to make sure the flashing, wood repair, and chimney area were handled properly, and he even came back to double check that everything was sealed and no leaking remained. That extra effort meant a lot to us because it showed real care, not just for the roof installation itself, but for the long term condition of our home. We are truly grateful for the crew’s hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. Their

I’m extremely happy with the roofing service I received after a bad storm damaged my roof, siding, and gutters in Hayward. I was concerned about possible leaks, lifted shingles, and gutter issues, but the crew handled everything the right way from the start. Their team was quick to respond, inspected the roof carefully, and explained the storm damage repair process in simple terms. They walked me through the plan step by step, answered all my questions, and made the whole project feel easy and well organized. Raymond and the crew showed real professionalism, strong communication, and great attention to detail during the entire roofing and exterior repair job. The finished work looks excellent. My roof, siding, and gutters all look refreshed and solid again, and the materials they used seem high quality and built to last in the Hayward climate. They made sure the roof system was restored properly and checked everything thoroughly before wrapping up. What stood out most was their customer care. They stayed in touch, listened to my concerns, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. If you need roof repair, storm damage restoration, or gutter and siding work in Hayward, I highly recommend this team.

We couldn t be more happy with our experience getting our roof and gutters replaced. i always try to support local roofing contractors and read reviews before asking for estimates. Not only was conner s quote fair and easy to understand, it stayed the same even after the crew opened up and replaced our old patchwork roof and gutter system. His roofing team showed up on time, worked hard, and did excellent work from tear off to final cleanup. I was especially concerned about leftover debris because we have 3 dogs, but the crew was very careful and thorough around the property. There was not a single nail or broken tile piece left behind, which says a lot about their professionalism and respect for the home. conner was easy to talk to, patient with all of our questions, and kept us informed during the whole roofing process. our house looks amazing now, the new roofline really improved the curb appeal, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone in Hayward needing reliable roofing service.

After a wind storm damaged my roof, the gutter company I use recommended Hayward Roofing Pro. I had never filed a roofing insurance claim before, so I really did not know how the process worked. Jared came out, checked the roof carefully, explained the damage in simple terms, and walked me through each step. He worked directly with my insurance company, helped keep everything moving, and made the whole roof repair process feel easy and stress free. The work was completed quickly, the communication was clear, and the finished roof looks great. I am extremely happy with the service from start to finish and truly appreciate how smooth they made the entire experience.

This was our first time needing a roof replacement, and from the first meeting with Raymond, we felt confident we were in good hands with Hayward Roofing Pro. We heard about them through a coworker, and the recommendation was absolutely right. From the roof inspection to the full install, the whole process was smooth, clear, and well organized. Raymond took time to understand what we needed, explained the roofing options in simple terms, and made sure all our questions about materials, timing, and cleanup were answered. The team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with the entire way through. We always felt like the job would be done the right way, and they followed through on everything they promised. Marvin, the project manager, kept the roof replacement on schedule and made sure the work started and finished on time. The roofing crew worked efficiently, protected the property, and left the area clean when the job was done. The only thing they left behind was a great-looking new roof that really improved the home. From the inspection, consultation, scheduling, and final invoice to the installation itself, every step felt organized and courteous. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, this team does excellent work and makes the whole roofing process stress free.

I was in a tough spot and needed a metal roof repair on a home before a fast-approaching closing. Most roofing crews were already fully booked, but the office team treated me like a priority instead of just another customer. Ernest and Marvin stayed involved through the whole process and did everything they could to fit the repair in between other scheduled roofing jobs. They were prompt, flexible, and very responsive, which stood out compared to many other contractors I have worked with in real estate. The roof repair was completed on time, communication was clear from start to finish, and the crew did excellent work. They really helped keep the sale moving smoothly, and the quality of the roofing work gave everyone peace of mind. I highly recommend this roofing company in Hayward for residential roof repair and dependable service.
