  I had a HORRIBLE & UNPLEASANT experience with this company. The staff were unresponsive and unprofessional, and the overall service did not meet expectations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

  The solar tube that needed to be replaced was not the right size. I paid for a new unit, I was very disappointed when it wasn’t the right size for the plastic inside frame. I payed the full price, which was costly.

  Products are great but trying to get the last piece took 6 months and was vital for the winter snow pack. I tried multiple phone calls without call backs. Very frustrating. Maybe they are just overwhelmed.

  My home is a town house and sadly all the smell from food and the heat gets trapped on the top level. A friend had suggested getting a house vent from Solabrite in Pleasanton and omg I’m glad I did! It made such a difference it help pull in fresh air and when I’m cooking I don’t have to worry about the smell traveling to the rooms. The icing on top was the customer service from answering my question before I place an order to the installation, I felt at ease! They are very efficient and trustworthy. I loved it it so much that I referred them to my work place. Which worked out great! Thank you guys!

  Great installation that was completed quickly. It transformed my living room! Highly recommended. They previously installed Solatubes in my dark hallway and two bedrooms, so I'm a happy repeat customer.

  Solabrite knocked it out of the park! The technician arrived at the scheduled time and completed the Solatube installation quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with his friendliness and professionalism, as well as the quality of the work. He even offered a substantial discount after I had agreed to pay the full price!

  Excellent professional installation of Solatube and skylight with minimal disruption or mess. Owner is always fair and helpful and no pressure to buy something. They are very prompt at responding to a request for service and do not gouge you with service charge. They saved my sanity 2 years ago when one of my very old Solatubes was leaking in the middle of a horrific rainstorm.
