Reynolds roofing replaced my roof in 2018 at 169 April cove and I already have leaks. I have tried calling them and they are not responsive.

A few months after installation, one shingle had lifted. I tried several times to get Reynolds Roofing to repair it, but was told it was caused by the wind and they thus would not repair it. This is a thirty-year roof, and they could have easily repaired the single shingle, but chose not to honor the warranty.

Wind lift raised one shingle from a gale force wind. Warranties don't cover gale force winds, hail, hurricanes etc. we explained to the home owner the shingle will relax and reseal. I would be willing to bet that has happened by now. We also carefully and properly explained to the home owner that he would not want us nailing down one shingle in the middle of a slope like that because that would eventually cause a leak. On roofs you want as few exposed nails as possible. And you certainly don't want them in the middle of the field (slope) where there is a high amount of water flow. I'd also like to add this is the same gentleman that thought his gutters stopped working after we installed his roof.. as if installing the new roof affected his gutters in some way.

When we relocated to Florida, I had Reynolds Roofing & Home Renovation update/ add a few things to make our house sellable in the housing market. Not only did our house increase in value, the renovation process was made easy with Josh's team. Hands down, one of the best contractors in Texas!

These guys are fantastic and I would recommend them for sure! I was completely satisfied with their service. I had a roof leak from a branch that tore up my roof. They came out and fixed it right away. Very friendly and accommodating! I plan on getting more work done this winterish. -Wendy

I had to have the deck above my garage and my garage repaired. Reynolds Roofing did the job in an exceptional and timely manner and answered any and all questions I had during the process. I will certainly use them again if the need arises, and I highly recommend them for your roofing and construction needs.

If you are looking for an honest contractor that does a great job at a fair price then hire Josh and the Reynolds roofing crew.. I had a roof replaced, siding replaced, entire house painted and doors changed out. The job was done in a timely manner. Project was kept clean every day. When doing a large project like this there is always something that comes up unexpected... Josh was more than fair at every turn. The entire crew stayed on the job and did not leave until the entire project was complete. There was no bouncing around from job to job.... I knew they were going to be there every single day. Thanks Josh for making this entire project stress free!! Dustin
