  We had all our windows replaced. The windows looked better than I had imagined! They worked hard & were done in about 7-8 hours.

  The salesperson was very knowledgeable, answered all questions, and made himself available during our roof and gutter installation. The install was quick and they left everything spotless. We are very happy with the finished product!

  CASTRUM goes into my book of ‘Companies to USE in Houston’. The team of 2 came to do an assessment of our roof and news they brought back to us about our 18-year old roof and the photos of damaged areas in the attic were not encouraging! With hurricane season upon us, we decided to replace. The company owner had promised the process would be seamless, quick and done in 1-1.5 days (and it was!). Materials they use are some of the best on the market and are warrantied for 50 yrs! . Warranty on roof itself is long-term (15 yrs in our case) and transferable if we sell the property. We did get another estimate from a reputable company before signing the contract with CASTRUM. The app was downloaded onto our phones, together with photos, names of the team supervisor and the company owner, all phone numbers and a system to leave message in case of need. I need to say: my messages were answered promptly, the work was done in record time, the clean up that followed was exemplary. The VP of installation did a thorough walk- through upon completion, checking both the exterior and interior of the property. CASTRUM gets 5 out of 5 stars from us! Great job, great people.
