  One of the rudest most arrogant people I’ve ever spoke with. It’s unbelievable the attitude you get when trying to give someone your business. This company won’t last very long. I’d rather pay a premium than deal with people like this.

  Good morning Hector, After receipt of this review from you yesterday, I was extremely concerned and personally came to your property to access the damage to your sidewalk grass that you said had occured. There isn't any visible damage on your grass area from the truck that need to be made. We are so very sorry and can't apologize enough that our driver went on your sidewalk grass with his truck while trying to back in the driveway across the street that your ring doorbell captured. This has been dealt with as I understand he should not have gone on your property. I spoke with your son yesterday, and you today discussing the incident, and since there is no grass damage to be repaired then my sincere apology seems to be all l can do. Thank you Susan

  Very happy with Anderson roofing and restoration. I thought offered me a great value in my roof replacement. They were very quick to come prepare a bid and then to do the actual replacement work on a high priority because I had a small leak. Clint was easy to talk to and explained the details and qualities of his bid. Susan was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The roof crew was fast and installed most of my roof in a day with some small finishing touches the following morning. I would use Anderson roofing and restoration for another roofing job and would recommend them to my friends.

  Clint and Susan are awesome people to work with! They are quick with communication, have fair prices, and do a great job overall.   Anderson Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof! They were fast and provided me with a lifetime warranty along with GAF weather resistant shingles that give discounts to homeowners. They had great financing terms that took a price that was overwhelming at first, and helped it be manageable monthly. Clint, Susan, and Clint's son were so punctual along with their crew. They cleaned up everything and fit me in before forecasted bad weather came in. They were recommended by my co-workers and neighbors, and I can't thank them enough for what they did. They took a failing builders grade roof and updated and upgraded it. They are local to the Grand Oaks area and it helps to know how satisfied everyone was with the service they provided. I will be using them for any roofing needs in the future!

  After finishing the repair, they explained how different weather conditions affect roof materials differently throughout the year. They even pointed out which areas I should inspect myself after heavy rain. That kind of practical guidance felt very useful beyond just the repair work itself.

  This is a top notch, no nonsense company. They arrived in the morning, put the roof on and cleaned up to where my yard, and my neighbors yards looked better than when they left. They delivered exactly what they said they would.

  Highly recommend Anderson Roofing. I first met Clint 7 years ago for a small repair after hearing about them in our neighborhood FB group. Then again a few years back after an insurance issue and they never pressured me about a new roof or putting in a claim. Dealt with the issue at hand and gave us an honest assessment of our roof at the time. Fast forward to Feb 26’ and it was time to get it done and didn’t hesitate to give them a call. Quick response time, explained the process and options. Crew did a great job from start to finish, including protecting landscaping, pool, and final cleanup was excellent. All in one day. I also recommended Anderson Roofing to a buddy of mine needing some roof repairs done. After the repairs were complete, he texted me, “I owe you lunch”. After speaking to Susan and meeting Clint and Eric in person, he said that was the best recommendation he had gotten in a long time.

  Excellent service. I got three different quotes for a new roof, but Clint and Susan are the reason I chose Anderson. They were so knowledgeable, and asked questions that the other companies did not. They are the best of the best. Highly recommend for roofing in the Houston area.

  Hurricane Beryl made a small damage to our roof and we only noticed it after we saw stains in our ceiling. We have used a different roofing company for another leak we had before, so it made sense to use their services again. The guy came and looked at our roof and said he'd send an estimate by the end of the day (this was in the morning). To this day, we never heard back from them. A friend, who had their roof replaced recently, recommended Anderson Roofing to us, so we decided to get an estimate from them. Clint came the next day and after inspecting our roof, he explained what needed to be done without up selling anything. Price was fair so we chose Anderson to do the work. After signing the paperwork over email, I was waiting for them to call to schedule the repair but we didn't hear back (something that can be improved). A week later, I got a text from Clint saying the repair guys would be coming in the morning the next day. Good thing one of us was home, but if that weren't the case, I'm sure we could've rescheduled it for another time. The guys did the repair, took work-in-progress pictures, as well as the completed work and sent them to my husband. Everything looked great and there was no sign of them being here, meaning, they cleaned everything up. Thank you for the great work you did! If we need any roofing repair, we will definitely contact you again. To anyone reading this review, I recommend them 100% for your roofing and repair needs! 🙌
