  Received this company as a recommendation through Angi’s list for a new roof and dormer project on our vacation home. 2 months and counting - never received a quote. Complete waste of time. Communication is terrible and this company could use professional training. If you can’t meet promised deadlines at least have the decency to reach out and manage my expectations. Very disappointing. BEWARE

We addressed your concerns directly, invested many hours in discussion, and provided substantial discounts to reflect accountability. When a local, family-owned company accepts responsibility and refunds money, it’s not an afterthought, it’s a deliberate act to honor our reputation for craftsmanship and professionalism. As you agreed, the end result of your home is stunning. Receiving a discount for frustrations during the process, while still receiving a beautiful final result, is a fair and transparent resolution. If there is another meaningful way to demonstrate our care, we sincerely welcome the opportunity to learn from it. Project Complexity & Logistics Your project was extraordinary in both size and scope, combining multiple custom siding styles, stonework, and custom-sized windows. For a renovation of this magnitude, achieving a “seamless” process is unrealistic, though we strive for it. At times, we must rely on manufacturers, distributors, and shippers we cannot fully control. The stone delivery error understandably caused frustration. We offered to correct it immediately, but the materials were moved before we were notified, limiting our ability to resolve the carrier’s mistake. While we’ve used this carrier successfully in the past, it’s unfortunate that this happened during your project. Issues Addressed During the Project 1. Smoking on-site was unacceptable. I personally came to apologize the same day. 2. “Dry-in” measures for the stone work were taken per Michigan Building Code, though our confidence in those protections may not have conveyed the seriousness you expected. 3.   Roof repair due to water damage. The installers did a professional job and cleaned up after completion very well. Revive Exteriors were understanding and cooperative regarding covering the roof during the winter to prevent further damage. I appreciate their attitude toward customers and their willingness to satisfy the customer.

  I highly recommend Justin with Revive Exteriors. He replaced the roof and siding on the house because of damages. He communicated with the insurance company and kept me informed from the first step of the process to the very last step. Justin was professional, answered questions and always on the time. The installers did great work, efficiently and timely. No cleanup on my part. Justin takes pride in his work. I’m very happy and thankful for Justin - job well done.
