  Robert and the team at RETEX were great. They replaced our roof and small section of siding with Hardie board. They made sure that rotten deck board was replaced before installing the shingles and that both the roof work and siding replacement met their quality standards prior to wrapping the job. As first time home owners, they helped walk us through our options without pushing their services / product on us, unlike other companies we received quotes from. Overall great experience with high-quality end product.

  Did a great job. Started when promised and done in three days. Great pricing and quality product and install team - finished product looks very nice and we appreciate their help even picking shingle color that would look good with the brick.

  Every aspect of working with them was exceptional! The quoting process was easy and the quote itself was easy to understand. The communication from start to finish was fantastic and every interaction was respectful and professional. The team working the project was top-notch and the finished product is amazing. All of the details were done with care - no cutting corners on the workmanship of the edges and finishing pieces. Also, in spite of them having to remove a ton of nails, the site was left spotless. We 100% recommend using them for your project - big or small. They will treat it as if they are working on their own home!!! Very happy we found them and we look forward to being able to work with them again.

  Robert at Retex is the man! He is honest, friendly and reliable. Instead of replacing our old (but still good) roof, he recommended a roof refresh that will hopefully get us another 3-5 years before we need to replace. When we finally do replace, we will definitely use Retex again!

  Robert and his team were excellent. Robert was the most professional of any of the contractors I got estimates from; he was friendly and returned my messages promptly, even when I had a couple of questions after repairs were complete. His team of roofers did an excellent job. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for roof work in Charlottesville.

  When hiring contractors these days good communication is key. These guys stayed on schedule, the new roof and siding look great , and most importantly I was communicated with through the process. Two thumbs up. I highly recommend RETEX
