  Poor Communication and a Very Frustrating Experience.. Unfortunately, my experience with this roofing company during my commercial roof insurance claim has been extremely frustrating. The roofing company was working alongside the public adjuster (the public adjuster they hired). About a month ago, I had a phone conversation with Forest regarding the next step, which was obtaining an engineering report costing approximately $5,500. Based on that conversation, my clear understanding was that the cost of the engineering report would be fronted and then reimbursed from any additional funds recovered from the insurance claim. After that conversation, I heard nothing further, so I assumed the engineering process was moving forward. Then I received an update from the public adjuster stating that their management had never approved fronting the engineering costs and that I would need to pay the expense myself if I wanted to continue pursuing the claim. When I questioned this because it was completely different from what Forest had communicated to me, public adjuster responded that he was not sure what happened with the communication and that he had never approved fronting the expert costs. That left me wondering why I was told something different in the first place. This claim has already been a long and exhausting process. When a roofing company is working with a public adjuster on a major insurance claim, I expect everyone involved to communicate with each other before financial arrangements involving thousands of dollars are discussed with the customer. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but when we're talking about a $5,500 expense, there shouldn't be this much confusion about who approved what and who is ultimately responsible for paying it. After all of the back and forth and lack of clear communication, I ultimately decided to close everything out rather than continue pursuing the claim.   Terrible service. Unreliable, unprofessional, and disorganized from day one. We were trapped in our home due to their poor planning, left with a mess around the yard, and are now stuck with a roof that has bubbling and flaws. They painted parts that didn’t need paint, damaged other property, and mishandled city documentation multiple times. To make things worse, they’ve been sending us random invoices for over a year. This company should not be in business.

  Do not use this company!!!!! Horrible experience! We had the worst service with this company! No communication on when the job would be completed, blocked in and unable to leave the house, nails and garbage left in the yard and around the house, roof was not properly installed, they tar painted a chimney pipe that did not need to be painted, damaged drain grates, bubbling on the roof after installation, submitted the wrong house to the city multiple times, did not complete the permit with the city, and continue to bill every few months for the last year an a half. This company is absolutely the worst. Do not go with this company! I’m completely disgusted that they are still in business. This has been the absolute worst experience ever!!

  Unprofessional. They try to take advantage of the insurance money so they get the cheaper materials to save money and keep the difference. Shady company, go with someone local instead because these guys come into a place where there is a fresh storm and you never hear from them again they vanish like ghosts until the insurance money gets approved.

  Our building had some damage due to a hail storm. RestoreMasters came out and took care of everything from day one. They contacted our insurance company, met with the adjusters and took care of all the paperwork needed to get our roof fully replaced. We have not had any issues with the roof itself and would work with them again. Thank you for all of your help!

  We had roof damage from hurricane to our tile roof. Justin came snd took pictures and got us a repair estimate. Also sent workers who completed the repair in a very quick time and at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the entire process.
