  Very disappointed, I had/have a leak in mid July and called a few places, Jesse from Restore Roofing was the first to return my call. I was very happy he was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday, to help me out. When he arrived and assessed the situation he said he would be able to do a quick fix on the leak for around $150, but he felt strongly that I had hail damage and would be able to file a claim with insurance to replace the roof. I said well that would be great. He even helped me make the call and file the claim. Over the next few weeks, things went back and forth with the insurance company, all the while he is assuring me it will get handled and all the while my roof is still leaking when it rains. The last contact I had was 2 weeks ago when I spoke with Jesse again and told him the insurance company was requesting more information, he again assured me ‘they would get me taken care of’. I haven’t heard from him since, he is not responding to messages and not returning my calls. I have never written a negative review for anything, but this has been such a nightmare I felt I had to. In response to Nathan, Jesse was not working independently, he placed a sign for your company in my yard and you even came to my house with Jesse. I already have someone else coming to help me, so I no longer need your services or lack there of, and I understand that you want to try and say what you can on Google to make it sound right and that your company handled this professionally, but I want to be clear that neither Jesse or you as the owner did. If Jesse has stepped away, you should’ve personally reached out to the clients he was working with to ensure they were taken care of (before they left a Google review) Edited again, in response to your edit…you are still simply trying to save face on a bad google review. You tried once to call me, and all other ‘communication’ has been here, not for me but for others who may be reading. You did not offer a refund in a phone

  Obviously cannot read 'No Soliciting' signs posted at doorbells, and they littered their business card on my porch. Very disrespectful.

  Preston, we respect all properties and it was not our intention to ignore your 'No Soliciting' sign. We will discuss this with our team to prevent such incidents in the future. We hope for an opportunity to make a better impression. Also, if you can call our office to tell us who knocked on your door that would be great. I do also want to let you know if we are doing a job in the neighborhood, we will let the homeowners know in the area that we are doing work in the area, and if any debris falls in their yard to contact us. We have to let homeowners know that by knocking on their door. You have no proof that we were soliciting. If one of my employees that came to your door talk to you And solicited then maybe this review would be acceptable.   It was a great experience. We needed a full replacement due to hail damage. The roof material was an upgrade from the original. No issues after the installation and the cleanup was done right.

  Nathan did a great job. He evaluated the problem and came up with the best solution. He did not try to talk me into replacing most of the roof as another company had done. His honesty immediately gained my trust. He replaced a skylight and did some routine roof maintenance. His prices are more than fair. I will call him again with any roof problems. I have since had Restore Roofing replace my whole roof due to hail damage. Nathan worked with my insurance company and I only paid the deductible. I also did an upgrade on my gutters through them (no more cleaning out gutters) and I had them replace some trim because of wind damage. Yes, I have used them a lot over the years and they did an amazing job every time!

  We had hail damage and they came out and did the paperwork for the insurance company and walked us through each step. Great people and company.

  Troy and his team are great. I turned away about a dozen door knocks or phone calls. As a retired insurance adjuster, I was sure we had no damage. He convinced me to let him look, since so many damaged near me. Turns out he was right and insurance company adjuster confirmed the damages.
