Owner of this company had me install gutters for him, and then completely ghosted me without ever paying me the $6000 that were still owed

  Reply from the business

Contractor left job a mess, our customer got a flat tire from nails left behind, we had to employ another contractor to fix the BAD gutter work. We paid David, just not everything because of the unprofessional job he did. This review has many lies in it.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this roofing company. Despite a verbal agreement to replace my chimney cap and front porch roof, they have failed to execute any work even after receiving full payment. It's been 2 months of empty promises and constant delays. I've reached out multiple times, only to be told they will 'schedule' the work soon. A lack of professionalism and accountability on their end has made this a frustrating experience. Strongly discourage using their services. But for whatever reason you still move forward I’d strongly recommend ensuring that the full scope of work is clearly outlined in a written contract dont be fooled by their sales pitch.

We had a leak and found out that we had recalled shingles. They came out multiple times (free of charge) trying to satisfy all of our insurer's ridiculous demands, to get the roof replaced. My insurer ended up not covering it, but they …

Anthony and Tony Jr were awesome to deal with. Few minor issues identified post roof installation, and they were immediately there to resolve. Basically, they're not satisfied until you, the customer, are satisfied.

Anthony had the most detailed quotation including dimensions, layouts, and drawings - all using top-notch products and offered excellent customer service. I highly recommend getting him to check out your roof for damage - he's an expert.

Tony was one of the most professional contractors I have spoken with in years. He followed up and kept me informed on scheduling and completion timelines for my job. I am incredibly fortunate to have found Resistance Roofing and Construction for my gutter replacement needs. He was timely from the beginning to completion. Upgrading to a 6” gutter and improving some of my standing water valleys were a couple of the things they addressed and had a plan of action to fix. Not only was their plan cosmetically spot on it was exactly what the problem areas needed. If you are looking for a quality company that will actually show up and do the work right and we’ll and timely look no further. Im one very happy customer and will be sharing with all my neighbors.

Great follow up and follow through from Tony and the team at Resistance Roofing LLC. Worked with Tony to resolve damage from the hail storm in September, and was finally able to get the insurance to do what was right. Professional work done by them to resolve the issue. Installation was excellent and finished in a timely manner. Install team was very thorough in protection of vegetation and with their clean up after the job. Overly satisfied all the way around. If you need quality work done in a timely, professional manner, Resistance Roofing LLC is the place to go! Thanks again for all of the hard work!!!
