  Poor customer service I placed a request on there website & called to have someone come out to look at my roof and give me an estimate and a week later and not even a call back

  I was given a price to check my roof, caulk nail heads and caulk vent and around chimneys. I thought the price was reasonable since the salesman said it would take 4 men about 4 to five hours to complete work. As it turned out there was three men come out and were here one hour and charged me $1,200.00 for the hours work. I am a senior who is 83 old and I think I was either ripped off by the company or the men did not do all they were suppose to do. Either way I paid 1,200 for i hours work which I believe is rather high price. I failed to check with BBB or get two estimates before having the job done. my mistake. maybe my post will keep someone else from making the same mistqke I did.

  I am not very impressed with this company. They have poor communication and the sales person lied about a few things, was rude and doesn't seem to know roofing very well.

  These individuals don't provide the customer with rectifying a problem that they caused, poor workmanship for what I was charged. Wouldn't definitely refer them to anyone.

  Marty and his crew came out to assess my roofing leak very quickly, and promptly got to work on the repair. The pictures I received make me confident in the repair and I would gladly use his business again in the future.

  I had another roofer come out and tell me I needed a brand new roof. A friend told me to call Marty at New image. Marty was extremely professional and put me on the calendar while I was still on the phone with him. After coming out to view the roof he was able to get the repairs done for less than $1500. I love finding great company’s who are honest and actually show up on time. I would suggest them to any one looking for a roof or roof repair.

  After a poor experience with a door knocking roof company who ghosted us when the insurance pushed back on our claim, Adam and New Image Roofs came in a saved the day. Adam worked tirelessly to get our insurance to approve the complete new roof. He was always responsive to my calls and texts and explained everything thoroughly. After the insurance approved the claim, New Image got us on the schedule promptly and the team did a efficient and professional job installing our new roof. I would definitely recommend them!

  I’ve used New Image Roofs Painting Windows and Construction for multiple projects over the past few years, and they’ve been outstanding every single time. They’ve repaired my gutters, installed gutter guards, painted the entire exterior of my home, painted the entire interior, and even came back for touch-up work after my recent move.
