  Did decent job on roof, but harassed my home owners insurance for more $ than was agreed upon in beginning, billed me 3 different amounts, Sean was rude to me and my adjuster, who had had problems with him before. Even threatened to take a lien on my property after I paid the full amount we agreed upon before they did the work. Will never do business with Regal Roofing again or recommend their services to anyone.

  I cannot understand the positive reviews. We had a terrible experience, start to finish. First, the crew had been hired off the street per their project manager. Initially they ripped the roof off the wrong house--the guest house! Within one month, parts of the roof came off, and new leaks appeared in several interior places in our home. Additionally, they have produced a contract with our signature clearly forged on it. No amount of reason will get them into action, and we now have serious damage to our home. We would have liked to resolve this without a lawsuit, but that's where we are headed unfortunately. Avoid at all costs. I will put a couple of interior pictures--we have so many of the damage. One picture is from a leak that started within a few weeks of completion; the other from approximately one month ago---all damage less than 2 years. Additionally, they ripped the gutters off and replaced at the wrong angle and now all of the soffits are destroyed. We are looking at a very expensive problem thanks to Regal. We wish we had never met them and had not replaced the roof.

  I have a solar gate and was not notified the materials and dumpster would be dropped off. I was at work and they thought it was okay to force my gate open and come on my property. I have dogs that could have gotten out and the gate could have been messed up. The Manager said I was a pain in the but because I complained about that and he also quoted me a price of $10K for a carport replacement which my insurance company had given some money toward. He canceled my contract best thing to ever happen to me.

  I agreed to have someone come look at the roof and scheduled a visit for a specific date and time. 2 hours before the time they called to see if they could come earlier because the guy could not come at the scheduled time. I explained we were not home because we had planned our evening around the scheduled visit time. They told them to call back to reschedule. I got a text the next morning saying they could come early. I said NOT TODAY as I have an a morning appointment followed by a full afternoon of video conferences at home. Guys still showed up, even after I scheduled the visit for the next day. Complete lack of communication with either the customer or the employee, not sure which. I told them not to call back. In answer to your question this profile is in my old last name but you are definitely the right company.

  Had Brad come out last Wednesday due to a roof leak. He took pictures and said he would send to office so we could start on the repairs which I totally agreed with. I called the office on Friday to find out that he was out of town and had not sent the information so I could schedule a repair date. No response till I contacted him today and his response was "my repairs department is way behind on repair requests right now with other customers. Rain is coming in on Wednesday. Try these other roofing companies" . If I had been told this last Wednesday, my roof could have been on the books for repair. Now I face rain, leaking into my attic and ceiling. I wanted to be proactive to prevent any mold from forming but now I am behind the 8 ball!

  Roof replacement went decent. Workers left trash, materials in gutters and broke some of my curbing. All these things can be looked past with good customer service but there was none. Candy didn’t talk to Ron, who didn’t talk to Eric, who didn’t talk to someone else so no one knew what was going on. No one even came by after the job was done to see if everything was done properly. Eric came by a few weeks after the roof was finished but only because he had to pick up the check that Ron was suppose to pick up weeks prior. Then I finally received my invoice a week after I was told I would receive it and only because I had to remind Eric. Good work but very poor customer service/manager skills.

  Terrible communication and many delays. Roof not completed until 4 months after initially scheduled, showed up at the property with no warning, and still outstanding paperwork 3 months after completion. Take your business elsewhere.

  Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service we received. The claims specialist damaged my roof in an attempt to push the insurance claim through (I know this because I keep a very close eye on my roof and have pictures from a previous inspection), met with the insurance company's inspector to do a second inspection, and then never attempted to contact us again after they realized that our claim was most likely going to be denied. Not a very honest practice, especially when we were left with a roof that was worse off than it was before the specialist arrived.

  Regal did an amazing job! Ryan was so helpful working with my insurance company, it could not have been easier. I really feel like the end result was not only a new roof, but a better quality roof that will stay water tight well into the future.

  Ted Erickson from Regal Roofing is amazing; I have a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. He is excellent with explaining and communicating the project plan. He handled all the communications with the insurance company and kept me in the loop. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the promptness with which he and his team completed the project. The level for craftsmanship deserves praises and I am very pleased with my new roof. After the completion of the roofing replacement, they cleaned thoroughly, leaving no debris behind. If you are looking for a Roofing Company, Regal Roofing is the way to go and ask for Ted so you can have the same experience I had. Job well done Ted!

  Absolutely can’t speak highly enough of Shawn and the entire Regal team…they made the process of replacing our roof seamless and stress-free from start to finish. From initial inspections to working closely with insurance to the actual roof replacement, they were invaluable partners and helped me understand the process every step of the way. Shawn was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire interaction and I would be thrilled to work with him again in the future. The roof turned out great and we couldn’t have been happier with how easy they made everything!

  From start to finish, Regal Roofing of Raleigh was professional and easy to work with. Our roof looks great and we have peace of mind that our roof is good for many many years. We were skeptical when they stopped by our house offering an inspection and explained how they would work with our insurance company if they found damage. Our roof was 28 years old and we knew it wouldn't be long before we needed new shingles. They inspected our roof, showed us damaged areas, and talked with our insurance agent on the phone. From then on they worked with our insurance company and their inspectors when they came out and we now have a new roof and only our deductible out of pocket. I'm thankful James and Jake stopped by that day. Give Regal Roofing a chance, I think you will be pleased.

  Regal roofing is awesome! They handled every detail of getting my roof replaced. Ted Erickson is absolutely great to deal with- he goes above and beyond what anyone can expect! And I am pretty hard to please! Not only that, but my roof is beautiful. I have already received numerous compliments on it.

  Conor Tiedemann was the inspector that came to may house and helped through the whole project. He inspected my old roof, helped me deal with my insurance company and came by to make sure the job was being done right and on time. He always answered my questions when I called and was very professional and responsive. I feel he went above and beyond on my roof.   I recently had my roof replaced by Regal Roofing and I want to share how well the process went. Regal Roofing made it an easy experience. Starting with the first visit, Justin and Andrew handled all the necessary paperwork, communicated with my insurance company, and ensured the approval process went without a hitch. Even after the insurance company denied the claim on the first try, they did not give up until approval was received. The roofing team demonstrated remarkable efficiency by completing the entire project in just one day. Once the job was finished, my property was left in pristine condition. They paid meticulous attention to cleaning up any debris or materials, leaving almost no trace of the construction process. Justin and Andrew were both professional and well-informed. They patiently guided me through the available material options without applying any pressure, making the decision-making process straightforward. The hardest part of the entire process was picking the color of the shingles. In summary, if you're in need of roofing services, I highly recommend reaching out to Regal Roofing.   I needed a new roof in North Georgia and was initially a little hesitant to call on a company based in the big city 70 miles away. But Regal Roofing has Conor Tiedemann local in my small town, so I made the call and am very glad I did. Conor was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything went exactly as he said it would. From the initial inspection and working through the insurance process, through multiple trips onto a steep roof in scorching August heat, to overseeing the installation and helping with every detail in-between, he worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly, all my questions were answered timely, and that I was happy with the process and result. Behind the scenes, Pat was thorough and timely in working with my insurance company. The installation crew was impressive as they worked like a well-oiled machine. While working fast, they seemed to do quality work. I’ve had 3 hard rains with the new roof, and no problems so far. I highly recommend Conor and the crew at Regal Roofing.
