  Our homeowner’s association cannot recommend this company at all until they complete the work they are contracted to do and respond to our repeated requests for a plan, a schedule for work to commence, and most of all, the work! Last fall roofing was completed. Fine. Since then they have received everything they’ve asked for: up-front payment for materials - paint, gutters, and repairs, etc, and we have seen almost nothing for it except one employee who installed drip edge and fascia last month. The drip edge should have been replaced last fall with the shingles. The owner will not meet with us or respond to calls and emails from us or our management company. It’s very distressing and I don’t want anyone else to go through this stress and anxiety! Now we have to take more drastic action, unfortunately. I don’t know why the owner would want to damage his reputation like this. Maybe he will see this review and do the right thing.

  I cannot say enough great things about Repair King. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every way possible. When we first filed our claim, the insurance company told us we only had about $1,000 worth of damage. Most companies would have accepted that and moved on, but not Repair King. They took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, advocate for us, and push back when things did not add up. Because of their persistence and expertise, what started as a minimal claim turned into a full approval for a new roof, siding, and even a full exterior paint job. That does not happen without a team that truly cares and knows how to navigate the insurance process. What stood out the most was their commitment. They did not give up. They kept fighting for us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. If you are looking for a roofing company that will not just do the job, but will genuinely go to bat for you and deliver results, Repair King is the team you want on your side. Highly recommend.

  Mike and his crew did a fantastic job for us. He worked with our insurance and subcontractors making the process smooth for us, resulting in a new roof, new siding and some new windows, costing us only our deductible for an over $100,000 job. I'd work with them again for sure!

  Mike stopped by soon after I contacted Repair King to ask for an estimate on a leaking porch roof. He took the time to inspect the area and explain all the options and give advice for next steps. He also did an impromptu roof inspection to check for storm damage and overall condition.
