  Totally honest review. Liked the finished product and install group, which were good to work with. The salesman quoted us a job price and imagine our surprise when upon install day, 5 minutes into the our job, the cost increased $3,000 (would of been $4,000 if I had not spoke up). We were told by the salesman we needed four or five boards replaced "majority looked good", when in fact all 54 had to be replaced. Never once did he say our quote had the potential to increase by up to $4,000 or all 54 boards could need to be replaced. If he did, we would have taken it under consideration and reviewed it with other quotes we received for the job. I get being off by a couple but 50 or so?, and state "the majority look good". Either classic bait and switch or he does not know how to quote a roof. And if it was because he could not get on the roof because of snow, as the company later stated, he should not of given us a quote until he could get on the roof, and should not have said "the majority looks good" We were under no rush/emergency to get the job done/quoted. We had $3,000 added to our job like it was nothing, would of been $4,000, again if I had not spoke up.

  Very unprofessional company had my roof replaced on 10/5/21. Sterling the “owner” was my representative to come out and price the roof. The total was over 11k which was agreed upon by everyone involved. So after the job is complete here comes Sterling talking about additional cost . I hung up on him so he could gather his thoughts. So since I was not trying to hear nonsense about him ripping me off he wouldn’t even provide me a receipt for the roof. But me being a business woman I purchased certified checks from my financial institution. I also have the contract because dealing with unprofessional poor companies this is what happens.

  Amazing company! I won a free roof and the install was great. You might think if they are installing a roof for free that it would not be their best work. I don't know what their best work is, but if its not this, it's got to be close. Great product. Great installation. Lots of compliments!

  Josh Shephard came over and walked me through the process of needing a new roof. Even showed me a video of how bad it was which explains a lot. Spent time going over what I needed and how to finance it. Appreciated his honesty and would highly recommend Josh and Renaissance Roofing !

  Josh was out to inspect my roof and wrote up a quote for a new roof. Josh did a excellent job at explaining what was happening with my current roof and the minor issues that needed to be addressed. He was very helpful in explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. I also appreciate the fact that Josh wasn’t “pushy” and “arrogant” like other guys are at other roofing companies. It was a relaxing and great experience and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Thank you Josh for doing your job well.”
