  It’s sad when you have to leave a bad review for a company…but this company and family deserve it. We’ve never had a worse experience with a home service company. Horrible communication, pricing out of line, couldn’t get a call back. If I could leave negative stars…that would be too high of a review.

  We do our best to reply to every customer that calls in and we do it in the order of which they come in as well. I'm sorry if we didn't meet your timeframe for a call back.   Terrible communication. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but if this helps someone else.I hope it's worth posting. Chris. came out and did an estimate, and we thought we had the ball rolling. At first the communication was good, but then somewhere along the line it fell apart. Recently, the communication has since come to a complete halt. My wife and I have both consistently made calls to try and get an update of which have led to being ignored. We've called Shannon in the office, she says it's an insurance thing that only the owner Justin Schaefer can take care of. But he won't call back either. I live locally, about 8 miles from their office. So if you choose this company be aware this is how they operate even within their own community. If you cannot communicate with your customers, It raises concerns as to how the rest of the job could possibly turn out. With all the technology in the ways we have these days to be able to communicate, It's my opinion that this is an absolute unacceptable way to operate a business.

  Awesome job guys! The crew did a top quality job and very professional, on time and did the work in a timely fashion. The sales person Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

  This company lived up to their moniker-Reliable in all aspects of installing a new roof on my house. The company communicated their goals, sent a hard-working crew, and made excellent follow-up upon job completion. I highly recommend Top Home Improvement for sending Reliable Roofing and Siding to do this work.
