  I called and spoke with Lionel about coming out to inspect my roof. He called me back gave me the date and time and never arrived, nor did he or anyone call to say they weren't going to make the appointment. A wasted half day for me.

  The level of professionalism is selective to certain customers. He came to my house and tried to overcharge me for a tarping during the last hurricane. There were only about 8 shingles actually missing no more than 10 ft apart. It shows the lack of true character in a person when you can't get honest service during a time of need. Every other company I called said they leave the roll of tarp and that its $300-$600 per 1000 sq ft., but for some strange reason he did not leave the tarp nor did he even mention it. Then he proceeds to talk to the neighbors in my yard and play catch with the neighbors child, throwing the ball across both front yards in which I have no relationship with my neighbors. Come to find out they're buddies, so that explained the lack of maturity and integrity. I said all this to say, A&A roofing is in this area and they do a fantastic job! Don't waste your time in a guessing game of whether you're going to get quality service and true professionalism

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Landon from Reliable Roofing! He came out to inspect my roof and was incredibly thorough. He went into the attic, carefully checked everything, and even took the time to look at a mold issue on my bathroom ceiling that I thought was caused by a roofing problem. After a complete inspection, Landon honestly explained that the issue wasn't coming from my roof at all—it was caused by my A/C unit, not my roof. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. He could have easily tried to sell me a new roof that I didn't need, but instead he took the time to find the actual source of the problem. It's rare to find someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about doing what's right for the customer. Because of that, when I do need a new roof, Reliable Roofing will absolutely be the company I call, and I will definitely request Landon to come back. Thank you, Landon, for your outstanding service, professionalism, and honesty. I highly recommend Landon and Reliable Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company they can truly trust!

  Landon was a well mannered young man to work with. He was very patient with any questions I may have had. He always returned my calls in a timely manner. His personality put me at ease as my roofing work was taking place. I would recommend and use any other services for my home. Thanks!!!

  I called Reliable Roofing for a pre-purchase roof inspection. Landon came out when scheduled and provided a detailed estimate of repairs needed with photos and pricing. After purchasing the home, I had Reliable Roofing perform the repairs and requested Landon to come back out. He honored the original quote and helped me with correcting a code issue. I would use their services again in the future and recommend them because of their quality work and professionalism.
