We’re not sure why you feel compelled to review a great company so negatively online, especially one that you’ve never done business with before. All of our “Positive” reviews, are from real homeowners that have actually utilized our services throughout the years. When you review a company negatively without doing business with them or knowing who they are, you impact many people who work tirelessly at doing right by our clients each and every day! Good luck to you & we wish you well.

I hired these guys as roof subcontractors back in August of 2016. Their workmanship did not meet our customer's expectation, furthermore leaving a few homes in disasters where our company had to hire another contractor to fix Reliable's mistakes. I wanted to share a couple examples of the workmanship issues that are still ongoing due to Reliable's negligence. 1. Cosmetic issues: our customers are asking us to redo the entire project due to improper installation and lack of attention to detail. 2. Functional issues: water is leaking into the house causing mold to infest between the drywall and subfloor due to improper installation of the roof. 3. Workmanship issues: their workers caused damages to lawn furniture, fencing, and landscape.

We work directly with homeowners, which you are not. I guess we should feel honored that an “ex-competitor” would take the time out of their day to leave a false review. Thank you!

I had used Reliable Exteriors years ago for some roofing repairs. Called Lorenzo when I recently needed a new roof. He walked me through everything and they did the work quickly and so cleanly! Tarped everything including my pool which was a big concern. Great results and appreciate Lorenzo and his team!

Finding a reliable roofer is stressful, but this team made the process incredibly easy. From the first phone call to the final invoice, communication was top-notch. They showed up on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and sent me photos throughout the repair so I could see the damage and the work completed. The repair was done in half a day, and you'd never even know they were here except that the leak is gone. Highly recommend!

Lorenzo and his team did an amazing job of replacing our roof. Lorenzo was very easy to work with, listened to our concerns, and responded to any questions we had throughout the project. We ended up with a fantastic roof that resolved our initial leak issue, but also addressed other concerns we brought up about adequate attic ventilation. We recommend Reliable Exteriors and Lorenzo to anyone looking to get exterior work done on their home.

I could not speak higher about Lorenzo and his team. Their quality of work is beyond top notch, and their attention to detail was immaculate. The Memorial Day Storm storm tore up our house and Lorenzo had it put back together in record time. Professional, personable, and reliable, I am now a life-long client. I waited for two years to write this review to see if their work stood the test of time and I couldn't recommend a company more. Don't hesitate, if you want to job done right Reliable Exteriors is right choice.
