  Matt at Regenesis Roofing and Restoration is a godsend. I returned home after being gone for a few days during the rainy season to find a wet spot on the ceiling and an obvious leak from somewhere. I began calling roofers in the Cedar Park area and was amazed and dismayed by how few people answer the phone or return voicemails promptly. Matt called me back within minutes and I explained my situation. Matt came out the next day and looked over the roof, took lots of pictures and placed tarps over where water was getting in (there was more rain in the forecast). He also pointed out a problem with the chimney cap and wrapped that as well. The "emergency service" was exactly what I needed to prevent further damage and was very reasonable. The next day, Matt provided an estimate and a very competitive bid for a new roof, provided all the color options and answered every question I asked. He also arranged to have a new metal chimney cap fabricated and installed and arranged for his drywall/paint guy to come inspect and bid the interior damage. Materials were delivered to the job site exactly when Matt said they would be. The old roof was removed and the new one installed within a day. Lots more pictures were provided showing areas where decking was replaced, around skylights, etc. Matt supervised his crew (who were very polite, skilled and hard working). The next day, the job site was cleaned up, any nails removed and left in better condition than when they arrived. The dry wall and paint guy showed up and fixed the interior water damage. Responsive: clear answers to every question. Available by phone or text, prompt replies. Comprehensive: roof, chimney cap, interior damage all taken care of. All work done properly. So much more than just a roofer. The most positive and stress free home maintenance or repair experience of my life.

  This roofing company provided the most professional job I have seen in many years. They above and beyond the scope of replaces my roof and cleaning crew did the same! They showed up promptly and went straight to work their communication before, during and after was like nothing I’ve seen in years. It would not recommend anyone else but this company for roofing issues! I’m beyond glad that I used them in my Tim of need!

  Matthew did a thorough job of not only inspecting my roof but also explaining what he found. Much more detailed than other roofing inspectors I've had over. He was always quick to respond to my correspondence and was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely be using him again if I ever need roofing services in the future.
