The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Refuge Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Had my roof shingles replaced, two sides of house siding replaced and painted. Workman ship is top notch. Had a few minor glitches, however they were corrected in a very short and timely manor. Yard was thoroughly cleaned up of all debris including all the roofing nails. Refuge Roofing is a great company to due business with.

Josh was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in working with our insurance company to get coverage of replacing the roof on our 100 year old library and bringing it up to code.

Refuge Roofing was wonderful. They were here immediately following our storm. They were professional and timely and worked closely with my insurance company. Their quote was spot on and they provided everything I needed for my roof and gutters with no shortcuts! They welcomed all my questions and communicated with me exactly the answers I needed. They were on-site as all repairs were concluded and came back (long distance) to address any further questions I needed answering. I can highly recommend Refuge Roofing with the utmost confidence. Job well done!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 65 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
