  I contacted this company upon the review I read here... I spoke to a Dan at which time I informed him of the urgent nature of our situation. He made an appt for the following week to do an assessment of our roof, at which time I chose to trust these reviews and not make other appointments. That was a mistake, as they had no problem canceling our scheduled appointment and trying to 'guide' us into being ok with a full week's delay because of new scheduling conflicts with Dan. Tiffany seemed nice at first, until I wouldn't accept this delay of a week - where she proceeded to tell me they were just too busy for us now and go elsewhere. Beware trusting these folks if you are in any sort of jam or rush, they have no issues with bumping scheduled appointments and making it seem like you are the person at fault for not just accepting whatever delay they deem necessary.

  Working with Red Tail was a great experience. I had an especially challenging insurance company and Red Tail did a great job helping me navigate the claim process for my roof and siding to ensure my house was repaired properly. The quality of work was great and the crew was respectful with cleanup, making sure the job was finished well. Working with Tiffany was awesome as her excellent communication and coordination made a tough process easy to understand. Would definitely work with them again!

  Job went smoothly. Redtail was cooperative with concerns. Made extra effort to seal a hole twice they found in the roof before the job started. Price was good. Have multiple houses. Will call again.

  Gutters and guards were completed quickly and the guys cleaned up and took the old away. I would recommend Redtail Roofing they are very professional and friendly.

  Redtail staff installed gutter guards on our new home. The crew arrived on time, were careful to keep fence gates closed, and cleaned-up as they worked. A great team and quality product.

  We were adversely affected by the tornadic activity in March of this year. We suffered both roof and gutter damage from winds, hail and fallen trees. I researched roofing companies and selected Redtail Roofing. From my initial contact with Tiffany, it was the right choice! In light of their busy schedule, Tiffany kept moving us to earlier dates on their schedule. She is pleasant, professional, organized and customer focused. Then when Brian Shields began from damage assessment to project completion, it was seamless. Brian is a professional, knowledgeable, job focused and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, he was integral to interface with our insurance provider. Thanks to all!

  Dan and Tiffany were great to work with. Tiffany provided helpful reminders about appointments and proactively reached out with backup plans when inclement weather was expected. Dan is such a stand up and honest guy, he made me feel confident and comfortable with how in depth he went. When talking about damage Dan knew exactly what the insurance companies would expect for a claim.   I used Redtail to re-side a building. They did the work exceptionally fast and it looks fantastic. Afterward there was a small section that was nailed a little tight and caused some minor buckling. They fixed it right away. Then, months later, in a completely unrelated event, I lost a little piece of flashing/facia and they fixed it within a couple days just as a courtesy. This is why you work with small businesses instead of big chains.

  We had a damaged downspout on the front of our that was needing to be replaced. Nathan advised us on how to make the repairs ourselves and what tools were needed. Highly recommend Red Tail for their customer service.
