  Absolutely the worst construction services company!! I can't tell if they are incompetent, fly-by-night, or a rip-off operation. Probably all of that. They were the contractor for a new roof on a property I own. Due to poor quality issues, it took them 3 tries to get the roof on. After that the tenant called me to inform me the garage was leaking water and the ceiling was coming down. This was a result of an obvious leaking T111 chimney. Which means this sham of a construction company installed a roof that they knew would leak (or they didn't see the problem which makes them totally incompetent. I authorized them to fix the chimney and ceiling over 2 months ago. I have no idea if the work is complete, as I have given up trying to follow up with them. Before the problems with the first property, they were going to install a new a new roof on my house. They worked with my insurance company for nearly 1 year because Bastion could not remove a shingle from my home roof which my insurance company required. Therefore, my insurance company rejected the claim. i got another real roofing company to come to my house. They removed a shingle in about 10 minutes! Obviously, Bastion has no idea what the hell they are doing when it comes to roofing. If you are considering a new roof, get a real roofing company that knows what they are doing, unlike Bastion!

  Professionally done work. Roof was replaced due to wind and hail damage. While we had work being done, we also had Bastion install all new gutters with leaf guard. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Man, these guys were awesome. I can't thank them enough. We had storm damage to our roof last spring. They walked us through the whole process, went above and beyond when it came to working with our insurance company, and our roof has held up beautifully to this year's insane winds. We recommend them highly

  These guys were awesome! They came out and told me exactly what I needed and didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me. I had them replace one roof and now have them working on a roof for another building I have. I have also referred numerous friends to them who have all been extremely happy! Would highly recommend for anything roof related! Thank you!

  Quality of the roofing crew was fine, they did a very good job. We had a couple of small post installation issues, and Kyle did a great job of resolving them! Their customer service is very good!
