  Our roof was completed in a timely manner, but they kept submitting additional work, trying to game/fraud the insurance company on my behalf. When insurance wouldn’t pay because they knew it was shady. So then Synder also tried to charge me a few extra grand. Which led to weeks of back and forth and delays, passing me around to 5 different people. The roof job was complete in about six hours, which felt rushed. There was some damage to my house, window screens, and paint as a result of the rushed experience, but minor. We are happy to have a new roof. Where I was really disappointed was they abandoned the rest of the job when it came to do the siding and gutters because they must’ve felt insurance was too difficult to work with or they couldn’t get enough markup to justify the work, when I finally got a bid from them weeks later, it felt more like a joke, so insurance would deny them as a vendor flat out. One of those over promise, over sell, and under deliver situations. The company’s been around a while, and they had a good reviews, but I can’t recommend them to friends after my experience. Word of caution, while they’re really good at selling you around “your rates, not increasing as a result of a claim”. If you have too many claims on your policy, your insurance carrier can drop you at the renewal period.

  The good... showed up on a Sunday on short notice to take a look over the job to start to prepare a quote. The bad... didn't have a tall enough ladder to fully inspect the roof, and indicated they'd be back the next day to complete the inspection. The next day, they never showed up and I didn't hear back. That day, I called around 2pm to followup - after ringing once, it went straight to voicemail. I understand that they may have been busy, but not even a quick heads-up to say they couldn't make it or weren't interested in the job...

  I need to give a shout out to Snyder’s Unlimited for the beautiful job they did with my home. Darin Howard was the Project Manager and so incredible to work with!! After I made the insurance claim, Darin communicated directly with the adjuster and met with the adjuster as he assessed the damage. Darin was so patient as we selected roofing and siding (I changed my mind on color a couple of times). The work crew’s were wonderful as well. They showed up early and worked until the job was done. They were very professional and respectful! I highly recommend Snyder’s Unlimited and Darin Howard.

  Recent torrential rains caused my roof to leak into my bathroom. Zach from Snyder’s Unlimited returned my call the same day and, amazingly, came out and repaired the leak that same day! The response time and service were outstanding. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received!
