In my opinion, this is the worst roofing company in Ohio. I would never recommend their services and I would be cautious hiring them.

I can't say anything about the work because I didn't have any. I called and asked about availability on a certain day. The person I talked to said he'd check with the guy that would do the estimate and call me right back. I didn't get a …

Craig and his team are simply the best out there! When I learned I needed a new roof (first time homeowner) I ended up getting a few different quotes. Most companies were out to fleece my insurance provider to put as much money in their pockets, as quickly as possible, with no regard for us as homeowners and the person that would most likely be dropped from insurance due to a ridiculously large, unnecessary claim. Like a godsend, Craig @ MN Roofing came recommended and I gave him a call. He listened to my horror stories from the other contractors, went over their claims line by line (whilst explaining it) and NEVER pushed to take their business. Just offered his expertise to help a confused, first time claimant. When I let him know we wanted to work with MN Roofing, he quickly came out to inspect the roof, gave me BY FAR the most honest and reasonable quote and completed the job 2 weeks later, in a single day! His crew even touched up a couple pieces of siding as well. The craftsmanship was superb, the work was efficient and the crew couldn’t have been nicer. If you need anything from roofing, siding, gutters etc, MN Roofing is the best in the business! Truly a pleasure to work with such professionals.

I recently built a new home and took on the responsibility of being my own builder. So when finding a roofing contractor I knew these guys were the right fit because they only offer the top of the line materials and their crews are a very well oiled machine when it comes to installation. I would give them 10 stars if I could

We recently used MN Roofing to replace our roof. Mark is very knowledgeable and communicated effectively throughout the entire process, keeping us informed on every step. His crew did great work and their cleanup was spectacular. Great process from start to finish. We highly recommend MN Roofing

I used MN Roofing to replace entire roof and gutter system on my house in Columbus. I found their pricing and workmanship to be as equal or better than the large competitors. I was fortunate to have my insurance company participate in the replacement cost of the roof and MN did the job within the quote from Insurance company. MN brought my roof up to code with drip edges and also added items such as ridge vents to replace my old hat vents. This would have been an additional cost with the competitors. Staff cleaned up surrounding area well after installation and manager always responded to my texts and emails in a timely manner. Overall, very good experience!

We had many opinions as to what the cause of the problem was since the roof shingles looked in good repair. One company said, just call us when you notice leaks and we'll come out and look for nail pops and fix them, that's the way roofs …

Mark was sent out by my insurance due to wind/storm damage.. I didnt know what to expect because I know nothing about roofing. He was very professional and personable at the same time. Easy to talk to. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Always responded quickly to my text.. came out several times to tarp areas when the damage continued while waiting for insurance approval..The entire crew was also great.. Highly recommend.
