  My roof still leaks, and they were supposed to come back by but said my cellphone rang busy. No one else had any issues calling me. And I can't miss another day of work just to see if someone will show up - I'll call around and see who will be here when they say they will.

  If they care about their work as well as they care about public safety, they are the worst. Watched one of their Company vehicle clearly intend to hit another vehicle and almost succeeded in crashing.

  They said they would send me an estimate within a couple of days. Called the first time after a week of waiting. They said they will get me an estimate. Called the second time after another week. They said my roof was too steep, not going to do the job. They never had the courtesy to call me to tell me they weren’t going to do the job. Would never recommend going to this “company”. Mike’s Roofing. I read your reply, you state I was notified that your company couldn’t do my repair at this time. I don’t know who you are talking to, but that is a lie. First, you never notified me, I had to call after more than 2 weeks to find anything out. Second, I was told that your company wouldn’t do my repair because my roof “was too steep”. I don’t run a company like you do, but if you are going to respond to a negative review. In my opinion, it would be better not to lie. If your company doesn’t want to do a job, then just be truthful about it and the customer will move on. A recommendation on who I could go to next or a little bit of help on what to do would have been nice thing to do. Of course a company would have to care about their customers before that would happen.

  This company was referred to me by my home inspector at time of purchase. The overall bid and work aspect of the job went smoothly and had it stopped there this review would have been 5 stars. After a more thorough inspection, I noticed gutters were damaged and missing in sections. Following the completion of the job I notified the company and they 'put me on the schedule' to repair (in between new roofing jobs) during down time. Fast forward 6 months and no work has taken place - or follow up for that matter. This prompted my follow up and of course I was no longer on the schedule. Additionally, it was discovered during a bathroom remodel the roof was leaking through the exhaust 'boot'. I will give credit to the company in that they sent out an associate that week - though weather conditions not idea to inspect the roof, the associate and myself got visual confirmation of the leak from inside the house. It has been 2 weeks now and still no fix - there has been a real lack of urgency placed against this issue. At this point I have went down another path for remedy.

  I asked for an estimate because I had someone else giving me an estimate at the same time he drove by and did not stop he then called me to say when the roofers gone Ill come back but we had an appt so i called the office and talked to a guy and mike himself picked up the phone and said "Its rude to have two roofers come at the same time they are all jerks and want to start a fight" I asked if they was going to come back and give me the estimate and he said "No!!! I would not work for you" I dont think the customer is ever right here.

  Mikes roofing did an outstanding job when they replaced my 30-year-old roof. They removed the old roof, after they had tarped the area to protect the house and plants. They then verified the roof sheeting was solid to place the new shingles on after they had replaced several sheets of new plywood. The new product was placed on the roof to better protect the roof and then the new shingles were installed. After the shingles were installed, they did a great job of cleaning up all of the area when they were done. I would very highly recommend Mikes roofing to you if you need any roofing work gone.

  We had some roof damage from the recent wind storm. I called Mike's Roofing and they fit me in within a couple of days. Came out to take a look - found that it was pretty minor and did the repairs on the spot. This is the third time I have used this company and they have been really awesome each and every time - highly recommend them.

  Mike's roofing went above and beyond on our roof! The previous contractor had cobbled our roof together so there was a TON of extra work and they STILL finished our roof in one day!! I will always recommend them!!

  Mikes roofing did my Soffit, gutters and downspouts. They did such a good job, I also hired them to do siding and trim on my house, including some stone work. They are very professional and quality work. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.
