  Red Hawk seems to be a good roofing company, however, I am currently having issues with settling my agreed upon contracted price. I am helping my mother get her roof replaced, and the insurance gave her more than Red Hawk expected. They did not want to apply that price to the agreed amount and threating me with a lien on her house. My mother is 75 years old, on a fixed income, and that is why I signed off on her to get a roof replace. I have asked several time for an invoice for the agreed amount minus what the insurance paid. I am recieving another amount after the job is done, which I the sole signature on the contract did not sign off on. I do not like to be threaten to take my mother's house or to be taken to court for a job I am willing to honor based on the contract in hand. Beware of the finish product if they believe they deserve more than the agreed upon contract!

  Hey Jeremiah, we applied for something called supplements with the insurance company. Those supplements are in addition to what the insurance paid upfront. They have to do it this way because we don’t know what additional costs THEY are responsible for until we open the roof up and see. But that does not remove what you are responsible for. The insurance companies sold you that policy knowing you would have to pay your part..

  Hi Alma, I’m sorry you feel that we haven’t lived up to our promises. I have ordered the lights three time for you and they were the wrong set. The light are $49.00 each and you asked for $500. I have placed another order and they are on the way. I will install them as soon as they get here. We repaired the chimney for you that wasn’t our issue. Again, I am sorry you feel like we are not communicating.

  I had a less than cooperative insurance company and Red Hawk sent a personable representative (Kallum) to engage us. He took us through the process A-Z handling things that many would probably put on the home owner and fighting to ensure we were cared for. Against steep odds he delivered and represented Red Hawk in the best way possible. It’s the people that make up Red Hawk IMO that make the difference. Big Kudos to Red Hawk for Kallum. He really made it effortless for us!!

  Fast excellent work, their time frame was given and they stayed on it. Works great with customers to resolve any issues that may arrive. 2 months after installation and I am still loving the work and materials used.

  It was almost too easy! Jarett and the RedHawk Team worked with our insurance company to make sure we received the coverage we needed for the damages to our roof. It only took one day for an entire new roof and the work was professional! I’m more than happy and would highly recommend Redhawk Roofing!

  Many thanks to Jarett, Robert, and their team for a job well done! Jarett was informative and extremely helpful with the shingle options and what would work best on my house. Robert and the installation team were on time, efficient, and most importantly, extremely tidy. The roof looks great and I haven't found a single nail or shingle fragment in my yard or pool. I'm recommending RedHawk to all my neighbors.

  Red Hawk Roofing replaced my roof in one business day and I could not be happier! The entire experience has been easier than I ever thought it could be. This is the first home that I’ve owned so I’ve never been through this process and was skeptical at first. There are so many roofing companies that showed up to my door but I’m so glad I chose Red Hawk Roofing and Kalum Nelson, the representative that I worked with throughout the entire process. I asked so many questions and he was more than kind and went through all my questions thoroughly. He truly put my mind at ease when it came to making such a large investment. I would recommend Red Hawk Roofing and Kalum to anyone looking to replace their roof. I’m sure the other representatives at Red Hawk are fantastic but I would work with Kalum time and time again!
